Karna came to know about his birth truth from his parents and was devastated. His mother Radha herself confessed that she hasn't given birth to him. His father told him that one fine day they got him near the shore of ganga river after various prayers. Hearing all these Karn's mind drifted to Krishna's words where he told him that he was the eldest son of Kunti and his father was none other than Sun God.
Karna announced to his parents that the world forever will know him as Radheya no matter who held him in her hand when he was born.
When the reality slowly sank in Karna he was more devastated to know that he promised himself to kill Arjuna in the war who was his brother. They shared the same blood. He also remembered how he always felt connected with Kunti and how she always saw him with motherly eyes even knowing that he hated her sons. When his wife asked what was he thinking he confessed his dilemma to her telling now that he knows who he was and what was his real identity how can he fight with his own brothers and on the other hand how can he not fight with him taking Duryodhana's side who held their friendship the most important part of his life. Karna who got the status of Raja only after Duryodhana made him one but now he cannot even deny the fact that Pandavas were his own brothers and instead of taking care of them and protecting them as a big brother he have to fight with them to prove his loyality towards his only friend. This dilemma tore him off and like a drug it started spreading rapidly in his vains.
His wife asked him to speak to his mother who created this situation and only she can help him to come out of it.
On the other hand Vidur apologized to Krishna for the insult. Krishna told him that it was a wise thing to ask for peace no matter what. But now that everything is clear, people have to face the consequences.
Kunti was devastated to learn the fact that now the war will happen what so ever and somewhere or the other she know she will be one of many who will lose her beloved.
Next morning Kunti went to meet Karna near ganges where he was doing Surya Pranam and asked whether as a mother she was ask for daan and whether he can give her what she wants.
Precap : Karna promised Kunti that her four sons will be safe as far as the war is concerned with him. But the war between him and Arjuna was inevitable.
