I've never cared for kissing and all that in a couple I like. As long as there is good build-up, consistent, logical, and cohesive writing, I will pretty much follow that pairing anywhere. I think the physical intimacy that happens without kissing is then all the more significant and beautiful.
I rarely comment on or seriously follow actors off-screen (although I do follow joint Karan-Divyanka interviews-- as long as it's YHM-related, I will follow), so will only make a small comment in regards to this interview. Whatever the case is between Karan and Divyanka and Divyanka and Ssharad, as long as it doesn't affect the pairing of Raman and Ishita and overall quality of YHM, I really don't care. I will admit I find Divyanka's responses in regards to Karan a little odd. I've noticed she seems to give explanations rather than straightforward answers whenever asked about him, whereas Karan doesn't say anything at all (my guess is to avoid useless media frenzy, especially when she's linked with someone else; kudos to him for that). While I think the approach is a little odd, it doesn't matter to me as long as it doesn't affect the professional relationships involved and overall show.
