I probably understand if somebody doesn't support BJP or NaMo for religious reasons or ideological differences.

But what amuses me is the convenient ignore to the the most volatile riots that happened in the very Gujarat during 1969 which saw majority of Muslims killed . The volatility and the cruelty was far more than 2002. This one happened when there was Cong govt both at the centre and state. It was widely believed to have orchestrated due to some internal politics in the main party. But the main point is , the accused went without any investigation and yet have never been politically shunned.

90s saw regular riots in that state, yet no CBI inquiry was conducted for the sitting CMs. Dabgarwad Massacre?

Still we will rehash 2002 riots only and sneer down investigations run by anti-BJP govt for 10 years and a SC ruling.

The UP riots were allowed to happen by local govt and the the UPA Central govt. Why were the victims not rehabilitated by the so-called parties which court themselves as the representatives of minority community. Why would sizable Muslim population not vote for them? Perhaps , because they are sick of being used and traded for lives in this hunger for votes. They want to exercise their vote to get education and jobs. Even if it's Modi who is selling it, they are willing to take this chance , because he may or may not be the murder but parties liek SP,RJD, BSP , don't hide their duplicity.

My point, by giving this decisive mandate to Modi , both majority and minority communities have put pressure on Modi to deliver on the development agenda and to stick to the line , otherwise , he would too be whipped out like others , if he tries to bring religion or region as part of his governance.

He , BJP or RSS cannot afford this political suicide. If the people of India can demolish a 200 odd year party which has ruled the country for eon years, it won't be wise to test their patience now.

1. The fact is modi is itself a established hindutva brand image , it require nothing for him to say loudly all those things he did earlier , in fact sister organisation like VHP RSS will do the work . Modi have to just maintain his image with slide rethoric like sahezada , pakistani agent , kute ka baccha etc. why people call har har modi , hindu hrudayasamrat etc. we will get the answer.

2. In most of the cases there were trace of RSS involvement so also other side of fanatics. Congress is most inefficient in handling riots , infact if we look at history its rajiv gandhi who gave the clue igniting babri ram mandir issue. Regarding difference those CMs leaders etc. dont carry the hindutva ideology or themselves part in the riots . Example if we look history in Bombay riots major participants are shiv sena bjp . Another example which both bjp - cong . try to escape by accusing each other on guj- delhi both gujarat and delhi riots are wrong. But the difference is cong. dont carry an communal ideology against sikhs , just an example i never hear cong. people have anything against sikhs in delhi , but even today if one go to mumbai we will here how siv sena- RSS act. which happens in last 2 decades but they carry the same ideology in our generation now also.

3. The fact on election is india constitute only 13 % muslim so all those parties who ever fighting the shadow boxing or lip service most of the votes get divided. When there is a polarisation of votes then certainly a strong antiincumbency combined with the communal politics with all those PR campaign certainly appeal to many . when all these factors worked it is easy to get a large chunk of votes from 80%. This classic case is they got divided among sp bsp cong etc. even where there is strong concentration where as there is a strong alignment of hindu votes in other side. winning and loosing election works all these complexity . Now both side of these politics on the name of religion still cong. sp bsp etc. politics are symbolic rather than rhetoric. The basic says one should goes for the 80% may be it appeal our todays generation thats why there is a systematic rise of BJP, which infact BJP doing. may be few percentage of GDP growth is important on humanity.

4. For many of us it does not matter those communal fantics we just overlook those but the only thing is in this teaching a lesson we will encourage more fanatics. I will give an example a friend of mine his profile who is more liberal muslim , well educated asked me a question while watching Anurag kashayp movie Black Friday based on bombay riots. He indirectly glorified the blast accused , i confront him he put a question to me that suppose the same incidents of murder... etc. happen to your own near and dear then what will u do ? i find the similarity between that question and teach a lesson. The problem is all regions are not same , there are diversity in areas and fanaticism contain to some extent because India preface liberal , secular society as a whole . Now if we hurt that then that will rebound to us/everyone and nothing else.

The clever strategy says all should goes for the 80% may be it appeal our todays generation thats why there is a systematic rise of BJP.

Thats def. not a crime in democracy! Also Congress said its systematic failure of the party cant blame pappy fail ho gaya sala.
