HELLO APHGIANS!

Welcome to the Newsletter Reorganization and Sign-up Sheet.

As you already know about the changes in the Newsletter Head, I Sammy11 AKA SammyExpress is here appointed to take the charge of the Newsletter from now on.

I hope to continue the legacy of our previous Newsletter Head Afrin_Raqbhi, with same level of zeal and interest. But as you know when someone retires the successor need to work hard and aim even higher to increase the interest and do justice with the responsibilities and duties appointed to him.

So I did some research on the forum's Newsletter development history, and have come across the below mentioned topic which was made to choose the Name for the Newsletter. And to my surprise Pyaar Express was highly voted but not selected. And as you know New changes are always welcomed as it bring freshness to readers mind, I being the new Head of the APHG Newsletter select the New Name for the APHG Newsletter as Pyaar Express!! Replacing the previous one Pyaar Bhara News which was handled by Afrin, also we can have her memories attached with it, and coincidently signifying the title I was gifted by tina_sre i.e SammyExpress!

So this was for the introductory part, let's find the main agenda of this topic in the next post...

Reorganization and Sign-up Sheet!

We are in need of new members for the Pyaar Express!! Newsletter Team, The vacant positions are marked as VACANT in red, any [active] member of this forum can choose their desired Job (Maximum 3) and post a request below, Members chosen will be added to the list below and confirmed with more details via PM!

Second, for the first time ever, we are creating an opportunity for Current NL Team Members to shuffle their positions, get extra Jobs or retire from some, if overburdened. This is completely optional and I hope you take it as a helpful opportunity, and like my idea.

Last, as you know we are reorganizing the whole Newsletter and are in transition phase, we need a new Newsletter Art Maker as a permanent member.  Expecting some well-established Creative Members to opt for this Job, yep, this can be jointly taken up by two members.

Rules and Regulations are same as before, but let me inform you in brief...

1.       Any member can opt and discuss personally to choose a position, NL Head reserves a right to allot from the chosen Jobs and justify between two members opting for same Job.

2.       Old Team Members can opt for new Jobs as well.

3.       Members failing to report for two consecutive Newsletter Updates will be eligible to be removed and allotted to other members.

4.       Members must be serious with their work and understand their responsibilities and duties.

Note:

1.       This week's NL which was supposed to release on 4^th May is cancelled due to transition process and the change of head.

2.       Next Newsletter will be on 18^th May.

3.       All Entries must be posted by 16^th May 11:59PM*

4.       Reminders will be sent to all the Members on 14^th May

5.       Newsletter is currently planned twice a month, will update more on this on 18^th May

6.       Backup Members' entries if needed will be notified on 17th May and can send in their entries by 18^th May 12:00AM*
