Rhemsh Bhalla doesn't qualify to get house share

I just had a though, at the end Ramesh said he wants Property share, but he doesn't really qualify, as he is son in law not son, and shouldn't really be here in the sense this is his in laws house, the daughter (his wife) should be at his house
