talented actor Manish Wadhwa, who is seen playing Niranjan Agnihotri in Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon... Ek Baar Phir, has taken viewers by surprise with his villainous change in the last few episodes. The show produced by Sphere Origins has been witnessing moments where the man has been hitting his wife, with a feeling that a woman is nothing more than a door mat.The actor who is known by his role of Chanakya spoke to us about the change in his persona in the show. Manish averred, "It is a very different change and I am having fun playing this amazing character. He is so dangerous and negative butmazaa aata haiplaying it as an actor. I recently got nominated in a TV award show which shows how much people are enjoying the character."So did he have an idea about the change in his character? "Of course I was clearly told about the same at the start. Basically I took up this show for I was completely amazed by the character of Niranjan. This is the real story of the show which was to come forward in just about 10 episodes, but with the romantic angle taking time to get established, the track was pushed ahead. And I am surprised how much people like the track," he shared.Further the actor added, "It's strange that in a time when kitchen politics rule the TV screens people are enjoying a man being a villain at home. Such characters are more interesting as being the head of the house he has to keep a garb over his negative shade when he is out in public and then turn a devil as soon as he returns home."When asked whether he feels that such men exist in the society, Manish quickly said, "Yes, there are loads of them out there. People might feel that such characters on TV encourage men to put down women, but I feel such men actually inspire writers to sketch out such characters. Grab a newspaper or check out the news channel, and you will find out how common this issue is in our country. You will definitely find a man like Niranjan in your neighbourhood too."And does he feel he will get type cast as a villain after portraying this role, the actor defended saying, "That is the sad part for an actor in our country for people tend to expect similar roles from us. But to widen our talent and growth we need to don different roles and I just can't tie myself in a genre or character. The actor wins only through his versatility."Finally when we questioned him how does he get into the skin of the character being so humble in nature, Manish laughed, "I just go through my scenes in depth and understand the character. Rest I feel that an actor needs to forget that there is a camera in front of him and be as real as possible. One shouldn't worry about how they look when emoting; I guess that takes away the charm of natural acting."

Astha sees Anjali not stopping her parents from leaving, and decides to takes them with her. Anjali understands this as she knows Astha very well now. She asks Astha about her parents' whereabouts, but Astha does not tell the address asking her to come with her to meet them. Astha thinks to make Anjali go herself and fools her making her hear that her parents are serious. Anjali runs to meet them at the Ashram.

Anjali comes there and sees her dad happily playing with the other mates. She cries and hugs him, as her heart was bouncing with concern. Her mum comes and is happy seeing Anjali's concern for them. Astha follows Anjali and is glad to see this union. Anjali understands that this was Astha's plan to make her meet her parents. As always, Astha succeeds in her plans and Anjali is thankful to her. Anjali, Sojal and Astha head to the temple to do the Vat Savitri puja. They tie the spiritual vowing thread to the tree and pray for their husband's well being and long life.

Shlok comes to the temple to honor his lovely wife Astha. He does the puja for Astha's well being by tying the thread around her and giving her a feel of a Goddess. This is the first time Shlok is seen so spiritual. Astha is overwhelmed by his gesture and gets tears on her eyes. Shlok showcases his undying love to her and she hugs him being gone to the moon. This scene is a must watch for all Astha-Shlok fans. Shlok's eyes drop romance every bit as he looks at Astha, genuine and rocking act by Shlok.

Niranjan calls up Anjali again the next day and gets his call not taken up. He calls on the home landline and Sojal takes the call. He asks her to give the phone to Anjali as he needs to talk to her. But Sojal informs him that Anjali is not at home, as she has went to Vridh Ashram with Astha, with lots of food, but they have already sent food this month. Our smarty baldy is not a fool to not understand this simple mystery. He fumes in anger and goes ahead to find out the reason for Anjali and Astha going to the Vrish Ashram. He goes to the Vridh Ashram to confirm his doubt on Anjali. He sees Anjali and Astha with other ladies. He gets angry but keeps super cool expressions in public. Anjali lies to him that she went went there to do some Daan Purn. Next morning, he asks Anjali to accompany him to Vridh Ashram, which shocks Anjali. He comes to know about Anjali secretly meeting her parents there, taking care of them, cooking their favorite sweets and making them happy. Niranjan can't take this anymore, As his in laws were responsible for sending him to jail. He had to face so much shame and embarrassment because of them. He can't forget this and can't forgive them.

Niranjan decides to end this matter forever, by bringing Anjali's parents back on the road, making them beg at temples and giving them the poorest life possible. He wants to hurt them by making them miserable. While Anjali knows how dangerous is Niranjan, Astha is still playing around. Niranjan talks to them face to face and as they try to hide everything from him, he surprises them by showing them the court notice of shutting the Vridh Ashram. Astha and Anjali are shocked. Anjali, as always, acts helpless, and depends on Astha. Astha decides to stop this at any cost. She will not be quiet and will definitely find a way, but will Anjali get strong to support her. Anjali too makes her mind to fight against injustice. We don't think Niranjan will let Shlok get involved in this. How will Astha save the Vridh Ashram and Anjali's parents from Niranjan's anger?
