because they are not showing them in same frame, when camera is focussed on avi, aastha's double's shoulder and a bit of back is shown and same when its aastha's turn...the way the body double's body is angled, a normal viewer will think that they are both present...also this way of shooting is done for NA a lot...still i can be totally wrong
