@sanj11 I am not liking this sirjee's intervention either.Zakir and Sandhya should deal this and come out of this mess successfully.
Zakir needs to evolve as a team player and Sandhya too has a lot to learn from Zakir especially his professionalism.

When she gave punishment to Zakir did she expect both Sandhya and Zakir who are polar opposite personalities to get along so fast.

Let Sandhya win Zakir's trust first and that is a hard task for her. I am damn sure once Zakir is able to trust her other things will fall in place.

But yesterday's epi of that spat between Zakir and Sandhya was simply superb. I had earlier also mentioned I am loving Neil Bhatt as Zakir and yesterday he really went a notch up with that performance.

am quite appalled to see impatience of officer singh...sandhya inki kya lagti hai boss???

i mean compared to officer singh...i feel zakir was far more patient with sandhya...he started teaching her like an expert..giving proper tips n instructions...still if she is not getting right...what is wrong with zak losing his patience when he is under more stress...i mean come on...

why cant they just handover the trophy to her already...am not liking this favoritism at all...

btw neil gave a superb performance ...👏 stole the scene completely..!!!

i know neilu a mentor should be patient she should have adopted wait and watch policy before taking things in her hands tht was outright partial... to other cadets as well doesnt rahul roma or deepak deserves the same coaching...wat have they done ? totally unfair !

I absolutely agree with you Sanjh..You've put on my exact thoughts actually..So won't say anything else except...Neil Bhatt was dhaasu in that scene...He literally stole that part..his outburst..so natural..I mean..honestly..Neil literally stole the scene where he & Sandhya were arguing!!! 👏 I had always loved his acting..& yesterday he impressed me very much! He was the best in that scene!!!👍🏼

The Best Actor of TV Industry..my Anas is getting least screen space since a few weeks now..but Neil Bhatt's acting is compensating that for me!!😊

thnks for the comment ! 😳

To me Zakir has always been about himself. If he has encouraged his teammates, it had to do with winning the group tasks. I have not seen him mentoring anyone much less Sandhya. He has always tried to demoralize her. He works hard and is good at all the tasks but not a true leader. When he sensed himself falling behind, he did not hesitate putting Sandhya's life in danger. The police have to protect people and fellow policemen - not harm them deliberately for personal gain. Even after getting caught his remorse was all for himself. He did not regret his action at all. Does anyone think Agrima would be able to change him that quickly? Something momentous needs to happen before he can reform.
Morever Ofcr. Singh has not spared Sandhya at all. She has blown up her weaknesses and chided her publicly forever on this training track. She realized Sandhya is truly weak in gun shooting, the most essential skill for any officer as she explained in today's episode. She decided to help her with it. If it had been any other officer, she would probably have done the same thing.

In addition, this training is akin to army training. Physical endurance, essential skiils and mental toughness are stressed upon. There is very little patience for any sissy footing. Zakir got a second chance which in itself was a great boon Officer Singh gave him. She realized he did not have the patience for it nor had any respect for Sandhya and took matters into her own hands. Does she feel like mentoring this immoral cadet at this present. moment and patiently teach him how to teach at this particular time? I don't think so.

In addition Zakir is only one of the hundred odd cadets here. To think Officer Singh should have noticed his insecurity, anticipated that he would fall off the deep end and preempted it, is a stretch.

zakir is a excellent leader he proved himself... wen team sahyadari performed well in the task he encouraged everyone he is self centered but at the same time he has the ability to emerge as an excellent IPS how many cadets have tht quality in them ! how many of them aims perfectly how many of them practice for the cylce race instead of having their dinner... the verbal spat between competitior is so damm common he didnt took the wrong route in the cycle race it was his insecurities tht was slowly gripping over him ! i m suprised at singh behaviour why didnt she found tht something was wrong in her best officer if sandhya has the guts to emerge as a good IPS zakir too has... in the physical task it is impossible to beat him ! he is not a bad guy he is dealing with his problem some past maybe as he constantly reminds himself to win the BCT his passion his insecurities his jealously is evident from his behaviour than why didnt officer singh notice it she was the mentor as a mentor she should have looked at everyone's performance equally

other officer looked at other cadets too why dint she notice roma drifting away from her aim wen she purposely let rahul win the race as a guide she should chide her also why cant she inculcate a winning attitude in rahul ! he always render the mediocore performance why not ask him to deliver his best why didnt she notice insecurities in zakir wen he was doing water task he did exceptionally well he even guided everyone around but wen sandhya took over the task he was hesistant he needed tht guidance !
In addition, this training is akin to army training. Physical endurance, essential skiils and mental toughness are stressed upon. There is very little patience for any sissy footing.
no ...cadet are given the mental training as well to cope with the stressed environment there is a classes for them i wonder why TA doesnt know about it ?😕

ofcourse wen best cadet drift away from the path he needs a guidance immediately sandhya had an oppurtunity to improve her gun shoot by asking a special coach she lost her chance by herself than why officer singh is hell bent on improving her and only her;s shot specifically wat about rest cadets sandhya is at 0 rahul may be at 6 roma maybe at 7 y not coaching them too ????

In addition Zakir is only one of the hundred odd cadets here. To think Officer Singh should have noticed his insecurity, anticipated that he would fall off the deep end and preempted it, is a stretch.
he is one of the best cadet just like sandhya if officer singh keep an eye on sandhya's performance y not on the rest best cadets ???? it her job after all or does she only wanna become personal mentor of sandhya ???

@sanjh11 ok..ok...so acc u zakir is best cadet/best leader..how can i say zakir is excellent leader??
want to remind something..if u noticed dat zakir slow down during WATER pulling task..y?? never seen this kinda of leader.. zakir was almost sad that sayadri team won..y??
bcs he knew if sayadri team wins then sandy will be selected as a Star performer..so i cant say zakir is gr8 leader..but yes he is hard working
Zakir wants BCT any cost..he is selfcentered person.. team winning was nt his priority..
