The episode starts with Ayat pleading for forgiveness, from everyone. Suriyya takes use of this opportunity and pretends to be extremely ashamed, shocked & upset, with Ayat's deed. She questions Shabana on her upbringing & scolds Ayat for her recklessness, considering the shame and dishonour her act could've brought to Osmaan's reputation. Osmaan asks Suriyya to calm down. She ignores all of his pleas. Zain & Aaliya feel bad for Shabana, Ghulam and Ayat. Zain tries to defend Ayat, but Suriyya warns him to stay out.
She accuses Zain of not being able to discern things offlate and says, he's changed eversince he's been to Bhopal. Suriyya indirectly taunts Shabana of having Zain under her dark influence, possibly through spells & black magic. Everyone in the room gets shocked. Shabana is thoroughly hurt & disappointed & reminds Suriyya, it was Osmaan's idea first, to get Zain & Aaliya married and not her's. Shazia steps in and defends Osmaan to have been, emotionally influenced under circumstances and taunts the Haider family, by accusing Ghulam to have faked a heart attack back then. Zain & Aaliya are appalled and so is everyone. Zain pulls Aaliya to a corner & chides her for acting so immature, due to which things are now being blown out of proportion. Aaliya wants to interfere and defend her parents, but Zain tells her to keep calm, as her opinions would be rubbished off as biased and defensive.
Aaliya questions him, on who will support her parents, if she doesn't. Zain looks at her calmly. He walks from her and stand infront of Suriyya, to confront her. He defends Ayat & uses Fahaad's example, to remind Suriyya that, anyone can commit mistakes. He asks her not to ponder over, what has already happened but emphasises on the fact, that Ghulam & Shabana love him a lot and they are family to him. Suriyya is shocked. Shabana, Ghulam are elated and Aaliya is pleasantly surprised. Osmaan gives Suriyya a piece of his mind & commends Zain, for his loyalty and commitments towards relationships. Ghulam defends Ayat & says, he is proud of both his Children and their upbringing and says, Ayat was never wrong a person. Her mistake was. Osmaan, Zain , Aaliya join in and step beside Ayat, Ghulam & Shabana, in their support. Suriyya, Shazia & Nafeesa are left defeated and annoyed.
Later, Ayat is disappointed and cries in a corner. Rizwaan come and has a friendly & uplifting chat with her. He asks her to forget everything and that, anyone can succumb to circumstances and commit mistakes. Ayat thanks him for his attempt to, cheer her up. A little later, Rizwaan confesses to Nafeesa, his discomfort on trying to pretend to be in love with Gauhar and voices out his displeasure on playing with a girl's feeling. This upsets Nafeesa & she asks him to let it be. She says, she'll handle it herself. Seeing an upset Nafeesa, Rizwaan takes his words back & says, he'll carry on with the pretense. Nafeesa leaves. Rizwaan feels low. Ayat spots him and give him a handkerchief, asking him to "wipe the sadness off his face" and cheer up. They talk about his profession & Rizwaan tells her, that he handles his Dad's Business after Nafeesa & his parent's death. He also says, that he is most of the times in the Abdullah's house, since Zain is his best friend & Nafeesa, his sister. Ayat & Rizwaan have a good time, chatting away.
The next day, the Haider family gets ready to leave for Bhopal. Rizwaan, Zain, Aaliya and Osmaan, chit-chat with them, as they walk them out. A very cute and funny exchange of cheesy poetic lines, happens between Ghulam and Zain, where Ghulam begins a sentence and Zain completes it for him, in a manner that rhymes. Osmaan, Rizwaan, Aaliya , Shabana and Ayat enjoy the same and share a good laugh. Ayat and Rizwaan greet each other goodbye. Shabana and Osmaan, also exchange a hug before they part. The three women, Suriyya, Shazia and Nafeesa watch the sight from a distance and plot to seek another chance, to completely eliminate Aaliya from Zain life.
Later on the same day, Aaliya enters the room and is shocked to find the plaster, missing from Zain's hand. She confronts him immediately. He tells her, that the fracture has healed and the doctor had taken the plaster out, himself. Zain asks Aaliya to chill. He turns towards his wardrobe and get busy picking clothes out. Aaliya follows him and very hesitantly, tries thanking him, for helping Ayat out. Zain senses Aaliya's reluctance and smirks a little but, doesn't let her finish. He turns and asks her, to excuse him, as it's time for him, to take a swim. Zain leaves and Aaliya sighs. She looks at the calendar on the table, which had been crossed out, picks it up and walks towards the window.
She sees Zain swimming and secretely thanks him, for helping Ayat out & for standing up for her Parents. Zain comes out of the pool drenched & looks at her. She instantly hides the calendar behind and responds nervously to his gaze. Zain gives her timely gazes, as he wipes himself with a towel. Aaliya feels a little shy and hides herself, half behind the window. Zain wears his bathrobe on and leaves. Aaliya throws the calendar out of the window, once he's out of sight. She gets back into the room.
Suriyya begum, who just stepped below Aaliya's window, picks the calendar up & finds that, dates have been crossed out, starting from the day that Zain & Aaliya got married. She realises that something is fishy. She wonders what this was all about & decides to find, the truth behind the same.
Precap - Suriyya asks Aaliya, what can she do for Zain. She asks Aaliya, if she can give Zain his life back & also freedom. Aaliya is then, shown walking with her trunk. (as seen in promo)
