what lies underneath-An Analysis

hola peeps😃
today's episode compelled me to make an analysis post...
I've been highly disappointed for the 1st time in the way things were handled today...
and no I am not here to bash one character and glorify the other...
I am just here to rant over things I didn't quite understand and relate with...
things going in mind for quite some time now but today was a total disaster or was it not?...

lets introspect
talking about
Vardhaan Suryavanshi 1st:
Though I never liked the way he treated Dean but overall I always found this character strong ,somewhat like JJ from TBP but unique in his own way , a whacko who had his own methods of teaching his students,
his reaction , pain , anxiety after reading Niharika's half shayri was acceptable in the beginning and justified too ,coz sometimes some feelings, some emotions are sooo deeply rooted that its just too hard to get a grip on oneself,so distancing himself from anything and everything that reminded him of her was his impulsive decision and hence his withdrawal from the Dream team, very much accepted and relative what follows is tremendous pressure from all angles for him to come back...now what does a normal person who's already disdained and mocked at do in such a situation?
get even more ferocious and people surrounding him don't do anything to help than adding fuel to the fire...he's burnt inside out...so he starts doing petty and childish things like threatening to quit at the drop of the hat ,making him seem like a crazy soul but is he? is his act childish or uncalled for? NO
all he wants is a piece of mind,a place to rant at , a place to cure his bleeding heart but does he get it? NO...on the contrary his problems become the talk of the town...
so when the truth finally comes out in front of him...
clearing his clouded mind, this man who's vulnerability was almost turning transparent finally gets an opportunity to rebuild the cracks in his walls , he composes himself and finally turns back to the arrogant man the world knew him to be...
that 5secs scene of him lovingly touching Nihaarika's book and CD was just sooo beautiful, I feel his love, his faith ,his regret for ever doubting her, hats off CVs
coming to Randhir :
we saw him is a different light ,where he went through an internal battle, inflicting pain to his own self, realizing its about time he faced his fears ,his inner turmoil and goes ahead to meet Renuka not to prove the world that as a captain he can do anything to save his team but prove his mocking self that he might be hurt but definitely not broken!! Now this guy too exposed his vulnerable side to Sanyukta and Parth ,something he never wanted to, coz at the end of the day, making people hate him is his own only wall of facade and he isn't the kind who would allow words like sympathy creep in,fights with Sanyukta and even Parth for that matter are his only escape routes ,to let out his frustrations ,that pain which never seems to cease so what does he do? he grabs the 1st opportunity that comes his way, that of becoming a dictator rather than a captain and conceals his vulnerability
next in the line Sanyukta :
now where is this girl coming from ? being mocked and taunted at home by a self obsessed brother at the drop of a hat, someone who dreams big but is crushed right back by her brother, what more her brother makes sure to always keep his dad on his side ,who in turn only glorifies his motives..
Result? the girl starts hating men for all the discrimination ,her home being a male dominated one keeps her trapped and caged frustrating her to no end, so where does she find an outlet to all of this,in Randhir,so well its quite mutual ,without realizing SanDhir actually use each other to cover up their own vulnerability. whats more since she's hardly given any importance in her own house, she tries finding that lost identity in her college but it in turn rubs off the wrong way,in an attempt to find her identity and get some importance she ends up over doing things and being misjudged!!
last but not the least Parth
while others build in aggression to suppress their inner vulnerability this man comes from a totally opposite direction...
this guy attempts in channelizing his aggression his inner anger ,frustration by calming and composing himself ,practicing things that might calm the tsunami within,so he is really that sugary coated and everything nice? NO ...he's very much an ordinary human being trying to seek peace , searching for ways to calm his senses but will this college let him? thats very much to be seen
thats my take on these 4 characters..
apparently when I calmed down and introspected these characters are justified in their own ways
whats urs?
criticism and healthy discussions are very much welcome
love
Rads😃

Although, today's episode was a menial disguise, there seems to be a very important lesson in the making. And here I would quote my former mentor and still remember his words- That a leader should have the least ego. The captain should know how to play by the strengths of people and not boss around.
Well, if you have read Peter Drucker's Freakonomics and other works, he illustrates the fact that the way we treat our workforce today is entirely different than what it used to be because the workforce is as knowledgeable as the manager and hence they cannot be treated as mere "forced labor".

I am going to quote my fav epic Mahabharat here, as Krishna told Arjuna when he acquired Brahmasta:
With great power, comes great responsibility ! :)
So don't use brahamastra unless u need to because the earth will be destroyed with its power.

And not just Randhir but entire DT needs to understand this. Believe me, Randhir has changed... he is just not a good manager... he is just a dictator :)

true I agree...what I really was trying to find was the logic behind what exactly happened...coz honestly I didn't like a lot of recent happening and though this post meant to be a rant I ust couldn't help tracing the steps back!!
as for ur reply...very well put in and very true too...I agree completely

awsome post Rads..when we all are sulking over what happened to vardhan n randhir..u come up with such an amazing analysis..u should do it everyday. Randhir want everyone to dislike him..he hates that unwanted care n sympathy from anyone. n thats what make him keep going to square one n be that badass guy whom no one likes. m so agree with u abt vardhan sir.. his last minute expression tells everything that we need to know..but still i dont like the way cv exeuted the scene.. sanyukta..m missing the intelligent sanyu these days..n parth..till now the only sane character in the show..there is no reason to dislike him yet..n i know for a fact that he will be the next captain n his past will be reveal soon but i really loved how he smiled when SanDhir was fighting.

Honestly i didnt understand an iota of content in today's episode, except the fact that it was atleast better than two weeks of torture. Though we have certain issues like Randhir still over-powering everyone and sanyukta still being a complaint mistress..
And what is really wrong with Vardhaan?
Yes, JJ of TBP too had issues but he never let them come in between him and his students unlike Vardhaan.. Vardhaan's lovestory is public and for God's sake they are his students, he is their mentor. He is not supposed to show his personal issues.
Parth on the other hand is a mystery. He doesnt let out his anger like SanDhir, he calms down. Randhir was insulting him and this guys is smiling??
And what dream team is going through right now is called as work environment..
FOr Sanyukta - In jobs you'll find bosses and team leaders worse than Randhir. I had one. But then u cannot complain and crib. You have to only prove yourself.
For Randhir - You'll be doomed because it is not a team leader or a boss who makes it, but the customers and the employees.. Your bookish knowledge is wate if you dont know this small logic.
