what is this 5th street

I wonder what place is this 15th street. Is it a park where shlok used to meet swati like romantic couples or it is a restaurant where shlok and swati went for a cup of tea or coffee. Anyway they met there for the first time. But they were in college together so may be its a place near their college or they went there for an event . we will definitely get our answer hopefully today how this 5th street place looks like actually sorry for confusing 5th and 15th
