Rohit I agree that FW should stop treating Freddy like a joker, but once again please stop comparing every actor else I will close the topic.

Agree that he should be treated with respect. I would have felt better if FW show that he overcame his fears for ghost after some episodes involving boot. It would have given a good message to kids who watch the show.

I know he is ill treated many places and really wonder why writers don't want to add some grace to his character. In recent horror house episode Freddy asks how cynide went in to body. We have seen many cases in CID where poison is applied to currency. Instead of having Abhijeet answer Freddy question, they could show some junior member ask question and Freddy answer the same.

I am not against Abhi and no offences meant.

There was a case (I forgot the episode name) where Freddy Sir defeats a group of bank robbers just by sheer luck. After that the bank employees cheer "CID Officer Freddy ki Jai" (or something like that). Had it been ANY OTHER CID officer (that time Pankaj was not there), FW would have shown that, the officer used his/her training to overcome the robbers.

It is really sad to see FW portraying Freddy Sir as an officer who is incompetent in every way (during 2007 he was also shown as a drunkard), and he is in CID only because his superior officers are too kind to fire him.

Portraying him as a comedian is one thing, but portraying him as incompetent is something totally different. If we take into account his Michael days, Dinesh Phadnis Sir is the second most senior actor of CID, and deserves far more respect.

I totally agree.Freddy shold be respected as a Cool CID officer.I just don't understand why he is treated so badly.sab ko usse neeche dikhane ka bahut shok hain.freddy ek acche cid officer hai.ireally like his role.par usse itna bada darpok dikhana is not right...
