Apologies for not commenting in the last week's episode.
Coming to the last week's episode - 58
The action continues...
Liana's entry speaks the unspoken bond which Alina and Liana shared and now felt by both of them. This was really touching.
The short humour shared by Advik and Abhay - Right time to say "I told you so " This really cracked me up. It turned the fight even more lively and very much entertaining. Leaves the directorial touch of our none other than - ALS and the professional touch of our editor π
In the earlier episodes, Abhay requests Alina to believe him that he was used and now he is a changed person and the same old friend.
At that point of time Alina did not want to believe him and Liana was mad at him.
If fate had been cruel to Abhay once, it decided to change for a while. No matter how many days she would think Alina would not have come to a conclusion if Abhay was right or wrong if this fight involving Rehan had not taken place.
After this fight Alina definitely might change her opinion about Abhay, if she has not already at the out come of the fight and especially where Abhay saves Liana and also spares the life of Rehan at Alina's pleas.
Not sure if Alina was reminded, but I was reminded of the scene from the show where Abhay is almost in a state to kill Jeh and Alina pleads with him to spare his life.
Alina should be able to see the old Abhay again
The other blessing was a chance fate had given to Abhay was to save Liana's life.
The scene of attack on Liana's life is another highlight of the episode.
I mean if someone just had hurled a stake or some weapon at her and if Abhay had pushed her out of the way or caught the weapon himself, it would not have had this impact.
But it is different when Liana felt death just seconds away and she could see the latest important events of her life flashing by and Abhay changing everything.
She would have also witnessed Abhay not killing Rehan just for the sake of Alina.
Then the end of the fight with the surviving members of the council fleeing from the scene.
I was wondering why neither Alina, Liana nor Advik called for their clan members to help them in the fight.
Agreed it was a family affair when Alina or Liana first joined the fight which neither one would want their clan members to get involved. But when their lives were endangered, shouldn't they have connected to the important members of their clan to join the fight.
Even assuming that neither Alina nor Liana wanted to sacrifice their clan members, what of Advik - he knew that it was time that there would be a war with the council members. Was he prepared to fight them just with Abhay and Sama on his side? He would have had his own vampire allies who wanted escapade from the unscrupulous ways of the council.
They had luck on their side with Alina and Liana join the fight else it would have resulted in one of the three severely injured or even killed.
I am not surprised at Piya's outburst on Sama and Advik. How much she would have wanted to be with Abhay. Even if Abhay was safe, she would not have been happy if either Sama or Advik were harmed.
Thank God, she was not mad at Abhay, but how could she, this is not something even he expected that he had kept it away from her.
Whatever - for Abhay and Piya to come together a fight should precede π
Thanks for the episode and my apologies for not commenting earlier.
