As for Karan - yes he is being discussed as a previous portrayer of the CHARACTER and how RV needs scenes with Zoya to feel the same connect that Karan's Asad did.

But I don't expect you to understand conversations surrounding characters.

I think he needs to ignore the fans of the previous actor because he will never match up to their expectations. Most are already prejudiced against him.

What he needs to do is bring his own take and be better. And that shaking anger and intense almost manic stare was a good start. I am definitely excited to see how Rv performs once he really gets into his character.

If you play a character from the start it is easy to fit into the role. But taking over from someone is difficult as they have already carved a niche. As i said in another post, never watched QH, only watching it now for RaQesh. So to me he was awesome today and portrayed the emotions and expressions of an angry man superbly.

I agree he was good but for long time viewers of QH there is some thought and expectation of how Asad should/needs to react.

But he was good and full of potential to play this character. His Asad just needs a backstory with Sj's Zoya.

Gr8 post Pri!

The "BAS" was awesome!! rest he did what he was told and i guess with time he will doing a fantastic job as ASAD.

Just saw the BTS, the poor guy doesnt know what as been the journey of Asad and Zoya... So i can imagine him not having same intensity as Asad1.0

Some scenes together and if he watches few old mile-stone episodes and get his homework right i guess it will be much much easier for him...

As far us we should just give him time... He will deliver..

P.S - No mention to HuHa and Qureshi's as they r tooo irritating!!! Only saving grace is Mohit!

The writers need to create some history and chemistry. It will come I think!
