He could also be after her property or something, which is to go to her husband after she dies.

Or maybe he is taking revenge from her. Maybe he lsot someone close to him because of her. Or maybe something to do with past life.

I think he has hallucinations or desire to kill her or even seeking revenge (for whatever reasons)...my judgement is based off of the promos...who knows he could be a serial killer who kills sweet innocent girls. The show could be a really good if it doesn't fall into the typical story line. I am hoping its something totally unexpected...
