Actaully most of my family members got the cold and had the flu...i am the only strong one here😆.

I took an overdosed of the cold medicine when they all started to sneeze😆.Instructions said i tsp that in Amy's world for an emergency like this equals to 3 tsp.I slept like a baby😆

Lime does help with cold ,mix it with sugar or honey for sore throat.

I always use peppermint oil in the night...am addicted to it.It clears up my nostrils...cold or not i use it.
