This week, the New Year special episode has a costume drama round wherein the couples and the judges will be seen in a different get-up. Each couple had to pick a character and perform accordingly.

Kiku and Priyanka staged yet another memorable performance. While Kiku essayed the role of Gabbar Singh, Priyanka enacted Mogambo. Ankur Ghai and Kanika Maheshwari amused everyone with their performance. The Diya Aur Baati Hum girl was the latest celebrity to get injured. Kanika fractured her left toe while rehearsing for her Christmas special performance.

Chef Ripudaman Handa and his partner Shivangi Verma belted out a flawless performance. Looks like they are back in the game. The performance of Vinod and Raksha made everyone jump off their seats as they turned ghosts and looked creepy. Their performance got a resounding applause not only from the co-contestants but also from the judges.

Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi were recently declared performer of the week on Nach Baliye 6. Even though Rithvik as well as Asha have been very busy they took time out to rehearse and deliver a performance that made Shilpa Shetty walk up to them and congratulate them.

Raqesh Vashisth and wife Ridhi Dogra also gave an outstanding performance. Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee who have been doing very well in this season did perform, but looks like this couple may have to back out from the competition soon. The reason is that Debina has sustained a serious injury on the show. She had hurt herself two weeks back, but did not take it seriously. Though it was a pull, it turned out to be a cracked rib and it has become worse now. Lets hope and pray that this works out for this couple.
