Our fashion designers should call Brihannala as a show stopper for their shows.😆
Rukmini's eagerness to meet Krishna was quite natural. After searching every where she finally started crying in front of Ma Durga's idol, who then made her see Krishna. Atleast after coming in the temple having darshan of the Goddess is a must. She removes all the obstacles.
On Monday Balaram comes with his army.

😆

Thanks srush I liked the episode despite  the fiction element

Especially Rukmini's positivity

excellent write up. There was one thing in the serial that bothered me (apart from the fact that Arjuna did not help Krishna kidnap Rukmini)... during the scene where Arjuna accidentally looses his wig and tells Rukmini that Krishna says one should run when one can, 1) Arjuna was holding Rukmini's hand and 2) when he helps Rukmini onto her horse, he does so by holding her waist.
While that really isn't a big deal in present day society (well for the most part), something like this is pretty huge back then. Sort of reminds me of Ekta Kapoor's depiction of Draupadi in her crappy Mahabharat.

Of course not being nit-picky. Just noticed that while laughing my head off this episode.

the version of rukmini-haran in Krishnavatar by Dr. KM munshi is tht when the yadavs were afraid of jarasandh's wrath, they left mathura and went to settle in dwarka where Balram had married the crown princess.. Krishna knew tht kaalyavan was looking for him and the yadavs, so he stayed behind and mislead him to rishi mukchund's cave and he died by his yogagni..there in Dwarka, the yadavs thought Krishna was dead, and wanted to save rukmini as was Krishna's request to Balram before he left..so the yadavs went to save her..Krishna also reached there just before Rukmini was abt to immolate herself as Krishna's widow, and took her from there, going back with the yadavs to dwarka..
