Saurabh is a good actor and I've watched him in Jai Shri Krishna as Vishnu. His costumes were appealing when he played Vishnu in both JSK and DKDM.
But why here in Mahabharat.I find him a bit uncomfortable in those heavy costumes.Things seem to be better when he sits at one place and delivers dialogs but whenever he has to move I find him facing some inconvenience and those costumes troubling his angles on the screen.
Coming to the costumes his dhoti and uttariya look extremely good! The garland around his neck seems to be of great weight and length.I find it bending his neck and head.Instead of this heavy loop they must have used something small but prominent and appealing. It took a long time for me to discover what went wrong with his crown. No doubt it is a beautiful piece of jewellary. But the Makut and long wig they used is totally unsuitable for the head structure he has.Instead they must have tried a traditional turban.Wearing crown is not any compulsion.Only the King or Crown Prince use it prominently.
Flute made of Gold doesn't produce any sound.🤔Am I right?
Altogether these costumes are very extensive that they are making Krishna look like an image than a lively character.
