Its The John Abraham's Birthday!
This Gorgeous and Charming Man is turning 41 (cant believe it)
Had one fantastic 2013 year with Race 2, Shootout At Wadala and Madras cafe doing well and widening the wings as producer for untouched subjects!
He is associated with most brands and charity he believes in.
Brand Ambassador for Reebok, Mumbai Marathon, Tour De India Cyclathon, and many more sports, coz everyone knows who is the fittest of them all.
My love for him multiplies exponentially each time I know and read of him.

Happy Birthday John Abraham: Bollywood hunk turns 41

One of Bollywood's sexiest man, John Abraham celebrates his 41st birthday today. Having completed a decade in the industry, John Abraham has excelled not only as an actor but has been one of the first few to experiment with films as a producer and pursue his passion for fast bikes and his love for fitness

John was born on December 17, 1972 to Abraham John, an architect from Kerela and Firoza Irani. Since his mother is a Parsi, John has a Parsi name as well - Farhan. He has a sister named Susy and brother Alan. John schooled at Bombay Scottish School and pursued a bachelor's degree from Jai Hind College. He also received a Masters in Management Studies from Mumbai Educational Trust.

John Abraham began his modelling career with Punjabi singer Jazzy B's music video titled Surma'. After which, he joined a media film, however, it closed down due to financial losses. He later even worked as a media planner

In 1999, John Abraham won the Gladrags Manhunt Contest, following which he travelled to the Philippines for the Manhunt International, where he came second. He later signed by Carrie Models in Singapore and did some modeling there, in Hong Kong, London and New York City. He also appeared in a number of ads and in other music videos for singers including Pankaj Udhas and Hans Raj Hans. Along with juggling his modeling career, John later enrolled at the Kishore Namit Kapoor acting laboratory and completed an acting course.

John Abraham is now dating NRI financial analyst and investment banker, Priya Runchal. When news of John dating an outsider from the film industry became public, former flame Bipasha chose to go public about the split, accusing John of cheating on her. John finally made his acting debut with 'Jism' in 2003 with his then girlfriend Bipasha Basu. The film performed above average at the Box Office and collected approximately Rs. 132,500,000.

John was next seen in paranormal thriller 'Saaya' (2003), 'Paap' (2004) and 'Lakeer-Forbidden Lines' (2004). However, these films failed to make a mark at the B.O.

In 2004, John got his much-awaited big break with Yash Raj Films' 'Dhoom', in which he played an anti-hero and things changed for good. The film received good reviews and was a huge commercial success, becoming one of the highest grossing films of that year.

In 2005 John Abraham was then seen in the supernatural thriller 'Kaal' and comedy 'Garam Masala', both of which did well at the box office.
Later that year, he played the role of Narayan in Deepa Mehta's 'Water', which was nominated for the 2006 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 79th Academy Awards.

The following year, John Abraham featured in 4 films - Zinda', Taxi No. 9211', Baabul' and Kabul Express'. Though Zinda' failed at the Box Office, John's performance was much appreciated, while Baabul' opened to mixed reviews. However, John earned much praise for his role as Jai Mittal in 'Taxi No. 9211', which was one of the highest grossing films of 2006. Yash Raj Film's 'Kabul Express' also had a decent run at the Box Office

2007 saw John in Nikhil Advani's multi-starrer 'Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love'. Though the film did well overseas, it tanked at the Box office. His next film 'No Smoking' received poor reviews and was termed as one of the biggest disasters of the year. 'Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal', his last film of the year along with Bipasha Basu performed moderately at the Box office but was termed below average'.

In 2008, John Abraham had a solo release - 'Dostana', along with Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra. The film was well received, with many stating that it was fun and fresh'. It went on to become the eighth highest grossing film at the Indian box office in 2008.

The following year, John Abraham played a terrorist in Kabir Khan's 'New York' opposite Katrina Kaif. The film hit a bullseye and grossed a record Rs. 350 million during its first three days in India.

John then played a compulsive gambler, who falls fatally ill in Nagesh Kukunoor's 'Aashayein' (2010). Though the film touched many hearts and was considered to be a sensitive and moving, it received mixed reviews. His next film Jhootha Hi Sahi' (2010) did moderately well.

In 2011, John Abraham was back in action mode with 'Force'. The film opened well and was a hit. He then starred in 'Desi Boyz' which did below average business at the B.O. John's 2012 flick 'Housefull 2' became a huge commercial success with a worldwide gross of Rs 1.86 billion.

2012 also marked John's debut as a film producer with 'Vicky Donor' starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Annu Kapoor and Yaami Gautam. The film opened to positive responses and went on to become a huge commercial success. John also appeared in an item-number for the film.

In 2013, John appeared in muli-starrer Race 2' along with Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Anil Kapoor. The film was declared a hit and was the first one to enter the worldwide Bollywood's 100 crore club in 2013.
However, his next release, 'I, Me aur Main' under-performed at the Box office. John then played the role of Manya Surve in Shootout at Wadala', which became a success.

John Abraham's last release was Shoojit Sircar's war film 'Madras Cafe' in which he played the role of RAW agent Major Vikram Singh. This was his second film as a producer and garnered much critical acclaim. An upward trend was observed in the collections due to positive word of mouth.
