Well today we found out that Kalindi was married before and her first mother-in-law was a bitch just like Anjali. We still dont know what happened to Kalindi's first husband or if Avdhoot is Astha's real dad but we do know that Kalindi went through hell and was saved by her mother.

Now I dont have any worry at all if Astha chooses to leave the Agnihotri family either because of Anjali or Shlok because Kalindi will support her. Many parents wont accept divorce but for Astha's sake Kalindi and Avdhoot will.

No matter what the Agnihotri trio (Shlok, Niranjan & Anjali) do - they will never be able to break the bond Astha has with her family. We again saw today how Astha stood up for her mother and told Anjali point blank that Kalindi never lies and neither does she.

True - I also like the fact that Astha is not the typical heroine who allows her parents to be insulted just because they are the bride's parents.

I loved the way astha stood up for her parents..
shlok should learn something from her..However anjali is adn whatever she did , shlok has no right to demean her infront of others ( ashirwaad scene)..after she is his mother..

And anjali also..--that woman should seriously get a life nw..why cant she be happy for her child who is getting happiness(?) after all he faced

Thats the real positive thing about this show that i am not afraid that astha's parent won't get their daughter free if things turn out to be too bad

I agree that's why this serial is different, I mean no human should let anyone insult their parents no matter who they are.

So true, Astha is lucky to have such a loving family. Kalindi and Avdhoot are amazing parents. I love how close nit family they are. I am sure later they will support her no matter what. I really hope Astha remains a strong woman and make sure keep her self respect. I am sure she will later change the entire Agnihotri household. Anjali's behavior is very weird , but I am sure its all because of her past and I am sure Astha will change her.

You are very correct in telling

If Ashta chooses to leave the Agnihotri family either becasue of Anjali or Shlok Kalindi will support her.
Many parents wont accept divorce but for Ashta's sake Kalindi and Avdhoot will.
