Ranbir: What Katrina gifted me on my birthday is none of your business

Ranbir, who turned 31 on Saturday,
had an unusually quiet birthday this
time around as most of his pals
including Karan Johar and Ayan
Mukherjee were not in town. In fact,
the actor chose to make an
appearance at Indigo Nation's fashion
show, later on Saturday evening, with
his director Abhinav Kashyap in tow
much to the delight of the motley
crowd who had trooped in to watch
the young superstar. And Ranbir
surely didn't disappoint. He walked
the ramp, shook a leg and flashed his
discerning smile that made the female
folks go weak in their knees.
We, on our part, were more
interested in knowing the gifts that the
Kapoor lad had received especially
from a certain Miss Katrina. And since
he was promoting Besharam , we
thought of slipping in a tough
question of wanting know the special
surprise gift that Katrina had given
him that day. The usually garrulous
Ranbir, however, was in no mood to
reveal what his lady love had gifted
him. "Oh what she gifted me.
Well...Yeah. You know there is a
phrase in English. It's none of your
business," said Ranbir with a smile.
Really now, Ranbir! That's not what
we would call a Besharam answer.
You could have come up with a better
one, we feel.
