Rithvik Dhanjani paired opposite Mihika Verma in Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui- His character name is Kabir (filmstar) 

Rithvik Dhanjani never believed in the concept of episodic stories till he came across the story and character that Producer Vikas Gupta has churned for one of the upcoming episodes of his Bindass show, Yeh Hai Aashiqui.

Wondering what we are arriving at? Well, the heart throb Rithvik who is presently seen in Pavitra Rishta will be seen essaying a very interesting role in the above-said show produced by Lost Boy Productions and BBC Worldwide Productions.

The story will be the love story of a top actress and a young lad. And if sources are to be believed, Vikas might be recreating the tragic story of death of a noted actress - either Jiah Khan or Divya Bharati.

As per media reports, the role of the actress will be played by Mihika Verma. Rithvik has been cast opposite Mihika as the boy of 20 years who is in love with her.

When contacted, Rithvik told Tellychakkar.com, "Yes it is true that I have finally taken up an episodic. I am usually not for doing these roles. The main reason I took it up is Vikas Gupta and his amazing story and characterization. I am really excited to shoot for this story. I actually get a chance to play a boy younger than my age. So this is a challenge in itself. I would not want to reveal the key points of the story though."

This particular story is presently being shot.

I am on a liquid diet to get the right look, says Veebha Anand!


After donning back-to-back traditional sort of roles in daily soaps like Balika Vadhu, Sanskaar Laxmi and Kariee, petite actress Veebha Anand has started showing concern about her image. She hated being called as a typecast actress in small screen world, hence she went to attempt something out-of-the-blue role of a prostitute, something she have not played before and something that help her to widen her horizon of acting.

She played the character in Vikrant Massey starrer youth show Yeh Hai Aashiqui. "I was a little nervous but was excited to essay the role of a prostitute, a bindaas, spunky girl "something I've not played before. I wanted to change my image because I've always played this nice and shy girl in my previous shows and I hated being typecast. In fact, that's also the reason why I decided to take a break from television after Sanskaar Laxmi ended," explained Veebha, who will also feature in a film.

On being asked to highlight more about the venture, Veebha said, "I have been doing theatre for some time. I also wrapped up a movie with Shreyas Talpade but I don't know when it will hit the screens. Like all actors, I also aspire to do Bollywood."

As of now, Veebha will be seen in the cult epic Mahabharat playing Subhadra. "I will be playing Subhadra, who is Krishna's sister and Arjun's wife. This was a very last minute thing so I haven't really prepared as suche. I had gained some weight lately but I needed a zero figure to fit into the costumes, so I am on a liquid diet to get the right look. I don't know uss zamane me log aise kapde kyyun pehente the," shared the actress.

Her entry will take place in the Mahabharat soon.
