Scene : Night - a deserted ground
A man watches as Salunkhe nervously walks towards a white car and talks to a man.
Scene : House
Abhijeet and Shreya in disguise as a husband and wife knock the door. Shreya is dressed in expensive jewellery. A man opens the door. Abhijeet and Shreya tell him that their car has broken down and Abhijeet is hurt. The guy appears suspicious but lets them in. Abhijeet asks for a phone and first aid box. The guy goes to get them, but looks greedily as Shreya's jewellery. The guy then returns with 2 other goons and they point guns at Abhijeet and Shreya asking them to hand over their jewellery. Abhijeet smartly throws a vase at the gun, points his own gun at them and reveals that he's from CID. The 3 goons run out of the house but the rest of the CID team stop them from going out. The 3 goons are arrested for the murder of Lakshita and Indrani.
Scene : Bureau
Media persons interview ACP about how CID team has successfully cracked the Lakshita and Indrani murder case. While answering the questions ACP notices Daya looking thoughtful. After the media persons leave ACP asks Daya what was bothering him. Daya says that for some reason he feels that the 3 arrested guys - Vishal, Shaunak and Rahul are innocent and there's some point which CID team is missing.
Salunkhe calls ACP and asks him to come to the lab. ACP appears shocked.
Scene: Lab
Salunkhe packs up all his belongings and says that he's going on a vacation. ACP gets angry. There's a nurse standing in the lab. ACP asks Salunkhe as to who she is. Salunkhe says that she's a nurse who is taking care of him as he has an abnormal ECG report. ACP shouts at Salunkhe for not informing them earlier. (Is this the way he should be reacting when Salunkhe says he's not well? 😔? )
Scene : Outdoors
Tarika calls Abhijeet and Daya out and tells them that Salunkhe has been behaving strangely of late and that he has not nvestigated the Lakshita and Indrani case properly. Duo ask her if she knows the implications of her accusation. She tells duo that if she's proved wrong in her suspicions, she'll be the happiest person.
Scene : Parking lot
Abhijeet and Daya discuss about what Tarika had told them and wonder if there's any truth in it. They open a car and sit inside. Then they notice something stuck to the windshield.- a golden coloured chocolate bar wrapper. Abhijeet and Daya take it to one of their house (I think) and analyse it. The find Red central - 111 - 10/9/2013' written on it with invisible ink. Abhijeet and Daya realise that this was the place and date on which the Indrani and Lakshita murder case started. Abhijeet and Daya decide that they should check out Red Central Hotel again.
Scene : Red Central Hotel
Daya, Rajat and Nikhil make enquiries. The manager says that the room was allotted to a staff member Angad, but on 10/9/2013, he was not present in the room at night. Angad had also not returned after that day and hence the room was still locked. Daya asks for the room to be opened.
Scene : Bureau
ACP wonders why Daya was suspicious, especially in this case.
Flashback:
Scene : Murder spot
Lakshita is found shot on the head and Indrani is shot on her neck. Abhijeet questions the watchman who says that he had gone out to buy paan and gets scolded for it. He goes on to say that when he returned from the paan shop, 3 guys were running out of the house with guns. Another guy (a cook or servant?? ) says that the 3 were Vishal, Shounak and Rahul - enemies of Lakshita and Indrani. Even in spite of warnings they had not kept personal bodyguards. The watchman says that the servant Sakku Bai had not come to work that day, so Indrani and Lakshita were alone.
Pankaj finds blood on the floor near the exit and some footprints. Abhijeet, Rajat and Sachin wonder why there was blood at that place when the dead ladies were inside the room. Abhijeet suggests that the killers might have fallen and hurt themselves while escaping.
Abhijeet asks for statements from all witnesses and to alert all police stations about Vishal, Shounak and Rahul. He also asks for Sakku Bai to be brought for questioning.
The maid Sakku Bai is interrogated. She says that Indrani and Lakshita came to the farmhouse during weekends. They had asked her not to prepare dinner as they were going to Hotel Red Central for dinner with someone. She also says that she's not aware of any enemies the 2 ladies might have had and she never witnessed any fights between them and the 3 accused - Vishal, Shaunak and Rahul. She was not aware of whether the 2 of them went to have dinner or not.

Scene : Bureau
ACP says that all evidences point to Vishal, Shounak an Rahul and that Salunkhe's reports never lie. Abhijeet remembers Tarika's words. He expresses surprise about Salunkhe's sudden illness.
Scene : Hotel Red Central
Daya, Nikhil and Rajat search room no 111. Nikhil finds a bottle with blood sample (like the one used for diagnostic tests) and Daya finds glass slides on which blood is tested. There are also fingerprints on the slides. Rajat finds plastic sheets (normally used for fingerprint analysis) with finger prints on them. Daya finds R', V' and S' written on the slides, again pointing to Rahul, Vishal and Shounak. Daya asks for everything to be sent to Tarika for analysis.
Scene : Lab
Salunkhe is in the lab checking something. Tarika comes in and asks him if he's really leaving. Salunkhe hands the keys over to Tarika and says that he's carrying some important files with him to keep him occupied during his free time. He wishes Tarika good luck. The nurse tells Salunkhe that it's time for his medicines. Salunkhe leaves.
After Salunkhe leaves, Tarika gets to work on the evidences obtained from Red Central room 111. She phones the DNA lab and tells them she's sending some samples. To a question from the other end on where's Salunkhe she says that Salunkhe is on leave and his replacement ( 😕) is going to arrive in a few days, but she needs the report urgently.
She checks the finger print sheets and finds something shocking. She gets a call from the DNA lab who tell her that the blood belongs to ... Tarika asks if he's sure of it.
Scene : A terrace
Abhijeet and Daya are waiting for Tarika, wondering what she has discovered now.
Tarika comes and shows the finger print and DNA report. Daya finds that the blood samples DNA, hair and other evidences obtained from the hotel matched with Vishal, Shounak and Rahul. Abhijeet wonders that if Vishal, Shounak and Rahul had murdered Lakshita and Indrani at their farmhouse, then why were their blood samples and hair found in room no 111 of hotel Red Central.
Scene : Bureau
Shounak is questioned. He says that they used to visit hotel Red Central for their illegal deals. He says that the 3 of them never met Angad. Freddie shows a photo of Angad but Shounak doesn't recognise him. (ACP shouts too much here)
Daya shows one of the blood sample bottles and asks Shounak how this blood sample had come there. Shounak says that a few days back he had an allergic attack and had to undergo a blood test at Paradise Heath care hospital and the blood sample might have come from there. Shounak descibes he pathologist as a lady with dark complexion and curly hair.
ACP asks Pankaj to take Shounak away. Daya then tells ACP about his doubts and how Tarika had expressed suspicion about Salunkhe's analysis and that Salunkhe had hurried the investigation. ACP asks Daya to be frank and tell him what was bothering him. Daya says that Salunkhe's illness was only an excuse to avoid investigating the Lakshita-Indrani murder case. ACP decides to meet Salunkhe and question him.
Scene : Salunkhe's house
Salunkhe is busy with amateur carpentry work when the nurse comes in with food and asks him to eat. The bell rings. Salunkhe gets up to open it when the nurse asks him to sit and she goes to open the door. Salunkhe appears fed up'. (you know what I mean)
ACP, Daya, Tarika, Freddie and Purvi walk in. Salunkhe appears shocked.
ACP asks about Salunkhe's health, but Salunkhe asks them why they had suddenly popped into his house. Daya says that they tried phoning before coming but his phone was off.
ACP tells Salunkhe that there's a mismatch between CID team's investigation and Salunkhe's forensic report. Salunkhe gets angry and says that he's always right and CID team might have erred in their investigation. (The nurse is listening to the entire conversation). There's an exchange of glances indicating an undercurrent or non-verbal communication between CID team and Salunkhe.
Daya tells Salunkhe that he might have made a mistake and they wanted to ensure that an innocent man is not punished. Salunkhe gets agitated that they were suspecting him after 16 years of service. He asks CID team to do post mortem of Indrani and Lakshita and walks off. CID team wonders why Salunkhe was so upset and why he didn't even ask what mistake they had found in his report. ACP finds this fishy.
Scene : Hospital
Purvi dressed up in saree (disguise) shows a slip to an attendant. He shows her the door to the pathology lab. Purvi enters the lab. The nurse with curly hair asks Purvi to sit on a chair (to take her blood sample)
While the nurse takes the sample Purvi says that her friend Shaunak had undergone a blood test a few days back and was too ill to pick up his report, so she wanted his reports asap. The nurse says that she would give the report.
An assistant standing there suddenly says that he had not seen any report of Shounak. The nurse tells Purvi that she would check and let her know. Suddenly Nikhil and Rajat barge in. The nurse asks them to wait outside. Rajat says that CID doesn't wait for anyone. Rajat asks her where is Shounak's report. The nurse says that she doesn't know. Rajat shows the blood sample bottle and says that when the blood sample had not been analysed at all, how would a report come into existence.
Purvi slaps the nurse. CID team asks the nurse why she had stolen the blood sample without analysing it. The nurse says that she did this as per Angad's instruction as Angad was a friend of hers. He didn't tell her why he needed Shounak's blood sample. Rajat asks her where was Angad, but the nurse says she doesn't know. He heard Angad talk to someone to bring the car to ...(I couldn't understand the place)
Scene : Bureau
ACP asks Tarika to do the post mortem of Lakshita and Indrani again. Tarika says that Salunkhe might have uttered this in anger, but ACP says that there is something fishy here, therefore a second post mortem has to be done.
Tarika asks if she can alone handle the entire post mortem in the absence of a senior expert like Salunkhe. Daya says that a senior forensic doc - Dr Sameer is arriving from Delhi.
As soon as Daya says that, Dr Sameer walks in and introduces himself to Tarika. He tells CID team that a second post mortem is more difficult than the first, but he would start working immediately. He leaves for the lab with Tarika.
Freddie comes with some papers they had found in Angad's room no 111 in the hotel. The papers were torn and Freddie had joined them. It was the map of a room and showed 2 women sitting and watching TV. Shreya recognises the room as the same room where Lakshita and Indrani's bodies were found.
Daya says that the 2 ladies were killed between 9 and 12 at night and Angad had left the hotel room at 7PM.
ACP says that if Angad had left his room at 7, then how did he know that Indrani and Lakshita would be sitting in that pose in their rooms watching TV 2 hours later.
Scene : Jungle, dark road at night.
A white car is seen crashed onto a tree and a couple driving through that road call the police. The policeman checks the dead driver's face and recognises him saying yeh toh wohi hai'.
