I used to read the story when posted in IF
But unfortunately writer attitude largely colors my view if a story

Blogs I don't mind at all
But the privileged few nasty messages beg for access and prove your neediness all gets to me

I love to read literature and books are a passion I can also be anal about critique but I live to see budding writers grow and IF gave me that to see before my eyes wonderful talent flower and bloom
Also pure himmat where writers who have English as a second language prod through and make their mark despite criticism and some nasty and belittling at that and I champion and applaud them

I read and when I am inspired to leave comments not under a gun
Unfortunately I have seen growth of another kind too narcissism
Sad cos some have potential

I thoroughly understand your point TG but as a writer I also know what must have prompted her to make that decision. Words of course have a way of not reaching through the way they are intented and so when K stopped her stories abruptly without any warning I too had a moment wherein I felt as to why this was being done. But then the misconceptions were cleared and i realized I had no reason to harbor my earlier misgivings.
