So open your twitter and then press "ME" (on top, towards the left side). Next to the No of your tweets/following/followers there will be an option called "Edit Profile". Click on it. There will be a pen like shape on your current profile pic, click on it and you'll see options : Upload Photo, Take Photo, Remove, Cancel. Click upload photo, and upload this one! :)
