SaraswatiChandra' made a splash in the UK ratings last night by taking the pole position, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
SaraswatiChandra' was on top of the ratings with 247,000 viewers " peaking at 284,700 viewers, followed by Diya Aur Baati Hum' in second with 215,300 viewers and third was Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' with 200,800 viewers.
The others in the pecking order were Pyar Ka Dard Hai' (185,500), Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' (152,700), Veera' (147,700), Meri Bhabhi' (143,200), Saathiya' (136,900), Ek Ghar Banaunga' (84,500) and Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 (38,600).
On Star Life Ok, Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai' got record high ratings with 62,700 viewers at 22:00, followed by Crazy Stupid Ishq' at 18:30 with 15,400 viewers and Savdhaan India' with 14,200 viewers. Re-run shows Geet' got 7,600 viewers and Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon' got 1,000 viewers at 14:00 and 200 viewers at 18:00 for the English dubbed.
On Rishtey, Bigg Boss 4 (re-run) got 64,300 viewers, followed by Na Aana Iss Desh Laado' next with 50,300 viewers and Laagi Tujhse Lagan' in third with 48,600 viewers.
On Sony SAB TV, FIR' was a huge hit with 84,000 viewers, followed by Baal Veer' with 41,600 viewers and Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' with 21,100 viewers.

SaraswatiChandra' has managed to get the biggest ever ratings for a fiction on Star Plus UK this year, with the best ever figures reported last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
At 19:30 last night, SaraswatiChandra' pulled in a record 303,900 viewers " peaking at 345,900 viewers. This is nearly double the viewership it usually attracts. In second place was Diya Aur Baati Hum' with 233,200 viewers, followed by Pyar Ka Dard Hai' with 184,700 viewers.
The others in the pecking order were Saathiya' (158,700), Veera' (151,300), Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' (132,000), Meri Bhabhi' (128,100), Ek Ghar Banaunga' (103,300), Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' (77,000) and Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 (49,400).
On Rishtey, Bigg Boss 4 (re-run) stayed top with 63,200 viewers, followed by Na Aana Iss Desh Laado' with 61,900 viewers and Bani " Ishq Da Kalma' next with 54,700 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, Do Dil Ek Jaan' (repeat) was top with 31,500 viewers, followed by Crazy Stupid Ishq' (repeat) with 31,300 viewers and Gustakh Dil' at 19:30 with 20,000 viewers. Re-run shows Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon' (Hindi) got 3,100 viewers and zero for English dubbed. Geet' at 14:30 got 6,700 viewers.
On Zing, Two To Tango' at 19:30 was the ratings winner with 30,800 viewers, followed by Bollywood Business' with 9,700 viewers and Bollywood Life' with 8,100 viewers.
On Sony SAB TV, Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' got 54,400 viewers, followed by Chidiyaghar' with 37,100 viewers and Baal Veer' in third with 30,700 viewers.
