Aastha is a free-minded girl who will do
almost anything for the people she thinks are
right. Shlok, on the other hand, believes in
wealth more than in relationships. [13] He has
a miserable past which makes him hate
women, including his mother. Upon meeting for
the first time, Shlok misunderstands and
shouts at Aastha. From that day onwards
Aastha and Shlok hate each other. Soon
Aastha gets a job and that too in Shlok's
office. Gradually Aastha falls in love with
Shlok. Once Aastha insults Shlok's father
Niranjan and Shlok in front of everybody so
Shlok decides to take revenge from her. He
shows her fake love and marries her. On their
first night he reveals his revenge to her and
breaks her mangalsutra. Aastha is completely
shattered after knowing the truth. She can't
reveal anything to her parents, as Shlok has
threatened that if she does, he will put her
father in jail. But Aastha's father go to jail and
she thinks that Shlok is responsible for it. She
leaves his house and go to her house and
reveal everything to her parents. Her mother
asks her to file a divorce petition in court and
she does so. However, the judge orders Aastha
to stay with Shlok until next the court hearing
in six months. During this time, Aastha
discovers that Shlok is actually a very good
person, whose past has made him arrogant.
She decides to change him. But Shlok already
have developed some feelings for Aastha which
he has not realized. Slowly Aastha changes
him and Shlok realizes his feelings for Aastha
and confess it. They happily consummate their
marriage. Aastha soon realizes that Niranjan is
the real villain who forces Anjali to do every
wrong thing. She decides to expose him but
fails as her proofs were destroyed by Niranjan.
This creates problems between Aastha and
Shlok.
Jyoti learns the truth of Niranjan and joins
Aastha and Anjali. Niranjan plans to kill Aastha
by tying her to the Raavan Dahan. Shlok
rescues Astha and saves her from dying. He
finds out the truth about his father, as he
catches him admitting to all his sins. After
knowing the truth, Shlok is shattered, and
leaves the house with Anjali and Aastha. Anjali
asks Varad and Sojal to stay with Niranjan.
Varad tries to stop them but Shlok tells that
he wants to make his own identity. Shlok and
Astha decides to send Anjali to Vridh Aashram.
Soon Kalindi and Avdhoot comes to know the
truth.Aastha and shlok leave for Mumbai and
start a new life by opening their own food
truck.The couples moves into a new house
and calls Anjali to live with them. Varad
betrays his dad and tricks him into signing the
property papers which transfers everything to
his own name.Niranjan realizes his mistakes
and wants Shlok back.Varad kicks Niranjan
out of the house and tells everyone that he
had mental problem. Niranjan reaches Mumbai
and Anjali finds him in a bad state. He
apologises to her for his sins, but Shlok
doesn't forgive him. He organised a press
conference and accept all his sins. Shlok
finally forgives him. Varad later finds that
Indrajeet Sarkar has ditched him by
transferring all the property in his name. Varad
and his family were thrown out from their
house. Shlok comes to know about Indrajeet
and decides to go to Pune to get Niranjan's
rights back. Indrajeet and his mom comes to
Niranjan's house and start a new life. Varad &
Sojal apologize to Niranjan & Anjali, and they
forgive them. All of them go to Varad's flat.
Aastha disguises and starts to work as
Indrajeet's PA to spy on him. She tells her
name as Sapna. Soon Shlok turns up there as
kid's caretaker. He tells his name as
Balwankar.
