Based on the precap, Sona consumes poison and falls down unconscious. Do you think she really consumed the poison or is this a plan for her to make Chitrasi reveal all her mistakes?

I think she is heartbroken and really takes poison😭 She is rushed to hosp. Then, K begins to realise that Sona may be right and start observing Chitrasi's activities.
