how RK and Madhu get divorce they married recent

as law RK AND MADHU DIVORCE can't happen as they married recently.for me rishbala's 4phere shaadi bhi shaadi haibut some told that marriage is not legal and sultan loving madhu at that time after unwed drama is correct .then now how could RISHBALA get divorce.if they claim one is characterless as sultan proved Madhu having affair after married with RK.so RK should file case for divorce claiming Madhu characterless how could Madhu claim for divorce and how can she get divorce without RISHBALA'S married life didn't complete one year.padmini court drama se worst court drama playing now.noone knows who's is with that falke drama happened.when RK told whole story he didn't remove his gun then how can Madhu felt it's RK's gun.did Madhu thought sultan is saint he won't have gun with him.
