Chapter 5:

Discovery

When he enters the bedroom…

She was already there…all busy with many papers, many folios around her…she seems all concentrated on something…

She's wearing her white nighty salwar - kameez…

Her hair is all open and one lock was bothering her, coming again and again before her eyes while she's reading…

She blows on it childishly…the lock flies and then comes again, with her fingers she pushed it and takes her laptop…

She doesn't seems to be happy…something is bothering her…

-any help?

He asked teasingly, of course preserving his seriousness…

Till that deal…

He doesn't miss any occasion to ask her the same question…

But as always she prefers to be in trouble rather to accept his help…

It becomes their new game…

And it seems for them a source of amusement…with little bit of trouble for khushi and little bit of anger for Arnav who is always wishing one ultimate occasion, the one which force khushi to beg his help…

-No…I'm just studying!

-you mean messing my room!

-correction: this is OUR room…remember!…the bed is all mine…you say it!

Arnav smirked…sits on the sofa…starts taking off his shoes, then his socks…

He picks his towel…he gets used to her…

All the room was scenting her…was full of her stuffs, of her things…

He warned her that she can do whatever she wants with the bed and leave for him the rest but it wasn't possible for a messy girl like her…

When he enters the bathroom…closing the door…

He met with her lacy baby-pink bra hooked behind the door and then her dupatta instead of the hands towel and her candles that she bought for her own relaxing bath and then her hundred kind of gel shower, body creams, lotions…

His after shave, shave cream and shampooing are shyly arranged in one corner…

Forget about all this…

He's now meeting her pads on the bathroom box where he keeps his hair gel…

Her pins are everywhere…

And he can meet a bangle in every corner in the room…

He takes a shower…

And he thought again about her…

She made him always angry at this point and when he asks her to be more organized, she always answer that she's a girl and she has more stuffs than him…it's normal….

Arnav puts his white towel loosely around his waist and then took the lacy bra and gets out…

Khushi looks up at him and her face turned in a second red…

He's showing the bra to her…

And he's…

He looks like a Greek god…

-khushi…I don't want to find this in my bathroom ever again!

That's when khushi's mouth gets closed…and she walks towards him, snatches her bar from his hands and hides it behind her…

-what are you doing is so shameless!...

-oh really?

-really!

-I'm finding this many times…and everywhere in my room!

-our room!

-I don't even know why you're using this…you still a child!

Khushi's eyes get wide…

She said that and she walks to hide her bra in her closet and gets out for dinner…

That's the favorite part of their little daily fights:

Back to the bedroom after having dessert and talking with family…Khushi comes back to her studies and Arnav to his work…

Khushi was studying but then her mind gets lost in her new family…

She starts loving every member of her in laws now…

Even dadi…she 's different from all of them…but khushi knows that even if she's apparently severe…she has a big heart…

Well…seeing her attitude…it reminds no one other than Arnav…

And seeing Anjeli and Shaym…they are the perfect lovely couple she has ever seen…Anjeli is an angel…while Shyam is the one who always putting animation and flavor in the home…

All like Mami…

Oh that woman was no less…when it comes to entertainment

Khushi now has her secret…

Talk with her about makeup and fashion and she will be your friend…

Akash is a calm man but he's so friendly too…

And even if Mama is always out of town for business…khushi is missing him between them…

Dada was the best dada ever…she loves from the bottom of her heart…

And Arnavji??

She looks up to look at his side…

Arnav stands and walks towards her…

He picks one binder randomly and opens it…

Before attending the design school…khushi has always create and draws so many couture designs…

When Arnav opens the binder…it was full of designs of not only sarees but also modern dresses and outfits…so many sketches…some fabric scraps that she glued beside some of her designs…

Arnav was admiring her work carefully and seriously…

-you're not the one making all this, right?

Khushi snatches the file from him angrily…

-it's my work…mine and no one has seen this before!

-but me!

Arnav said taking it from her again and again opening it…

-that's interesting…

He said with a serious tone…

Khushi who thought that it was only some craziness that she's used to do since she has 16 years old looks at him…

All what she did when she was a teenager was draw all the dresses and outfits she's dreaming to wear…

And then when she was all kid and when her mother took her with her to the tailor, all what she does was to pick the different fabric scraps that she finds on the floor there…

She has also a collection of buttons that she kept all protected in a bowl in the closet…

Arnav was admiring her work and looks time to time to her…

She has the impression that he is a professor controlling her work…

He asked all serious…

-I…I have so many…I left some in Lucknow…some are here…

-give me all what you have created, khushi!

She looks at him like a lost child…

Arnav starts photographing some designs…

He asked looking at her…

She nodded positively…all surprised…

She's a genius but she doesn't know about that at all…and it's amusing him…

He said sending the photos via mails to his team...using his phone…

She doesn't want to their relation to be professional…

Not now…Now that she could fight with him like a wife fighting with her husband…

About the bra…that was funny…

She looks at him…

He's lost in her papers…

She wished that he finds her interesting too…

And like her wish was listened, he looks up at her…

On no! She hates when he's so polite…

Khushi arranged her papers and files aside…while he switched off his laptop…

When she was about to lay in the bed and him on the sofa…both thought the same…

He's still sleeping in the sofa and she has all the bed…

When it was summer…this is arranging them both but now…it's cold even if the room is warm but still…

The sofa wasn't a great place to sleep all the days…

-I will take the sofa tonight…you the bed…

He looks at her waiting at what she has to say but she's so shy to tell him…

So she took a pillow that she puts in the middle…and looks back at him…

-day after day I'm impressed khushi!

He smirked and comes with his pillow…

The fight about which side each one will take took place of course…

And then finally when Arnav is laying…khushi was still putting pillows in between…

He admires her amused…and then closes his eyes…

He wants to sleep with only her angelic image in his mind…

She said looking at him…

He smiles while keeping his eyes closed lazily and then:

-Good night Khushi!

He said with an intense and husky voice…

A good night full of promises…
