This is what caused him to attack Mohan thrice already. Can it be that someone else brainwashed Addu into hating Mohan, and Addu is just channeling someone else's loathing of Mohan?
Addu's reconciliation with Mohan ' We know that little Addu hated Mohan even when Mohan had done nothing wrong to him. And recently, we saw Addu hug Mohan after he was saved a trip back to the asylum by Mohan. It was a happy moment when the father-son patched up, but can 12 years of hatred really be wiped away in one instant?
Addu's bonding with Bela Jiji- Though Bela jiji is the best 'grandmotherly' figure in the house, Addu's sudden affection for her is truly puzzling. When Addu was younger, he was closer to the rest of the family members than Jiji. But when he came back, she was the only person Addu was comfortable with. Could it be that he is looking for another 'dadi' figure in Jiji?
Addu's changed habits- The younger Addu was inseparable from Megha and Nanhi, and his love for malpua has been recounted by Megha enough times. Yet, when he came back, he spat out the malpua that Megha had made for him, instead he was happy with the kheer that Jiji fed him. He also preferred to sleep in Jiji's bed, something that the old Addu would never have done
Conspiracy against Mohan- Since the time Mohan found Addu's trail, there have been many efforts to throw him off track, including cooking up a story that Addu is dead. And as Mohan said, someone close to Addu was preventing him from being found. Could it be that this Addu too, is a red herring for the family?
