Predict and Win - Roadies X

MTV Roadies X Journey: Battle for glory has been running for months, right with its auditions in October 2012. As the battle nears its grand finale tonight at 7 p.m, the audience will await for the results with baited breath.

Unlike the regular Roadies format, this year the show went for a format change and presented a more exciting and adventurous format than before. The contestants were divided into two teams, namely Raghu and Ranvijay's teams, to compete in the battle. What was even more striking was that unlike newbies, the season witnessed contestants from the earlier versions of the Raodies.

16 ex-Roadies were finalized at the start of show, by making the announcement official on the Facebook and Twitter page. Apart from this change in contestants, the elimination format was also changed, to make the show grab more attention and TRP's. For the first time, the contestants, getting the maximum votes in a vote out, from either team, were sent to battle out each other or opponents from the team, leading to oust of the loser.

In fact, the elimination format change has been believed to be the main reason for a sharp rise in the ratings, making the show entertaining and remarkable.

This time the show touched the north eastern regions of the country. Right from the opening, to the subsequent episodes, the show began with the Roadies journey from the north eastern cities of Kohima, Mokokchung, Jorhat, Tezpur, Bhalukpong, Bomdilla and now Tawang.

Now as the finale comes around, there's excitement and a strange adrenaline rush gushing in. With the final contestants, namely Mohit, Anirudh, Palak and Ramandeep, the choice and the competition is all set to get tough and challenging.
