For me its the last option bks i think Meera wik continue her marriage and wil go with Prithvi

4th option n will go after prithvi to get him

she will shift to delhi..prithvi na chahe toh bhi..😆 and ofcourse she loves him so 4th option

If she goes to Delhi She shouldn't go and stay with Prithvi  she should live in the same city in her house  go back to her old job ,she shouldn't be seen  as a bechari neglected  Wife/Daughter in-law  ,they could cross each other path or the same work space but not live  under  the  same roof  as before  and I hope that we get to see Prithvi missing her not seeing her at nights etc etc ... the show can become epic if executed properly !!!

Actually I can't guess what she's going to do now ! I'm going to just wait and watch .😆
