Yesterday's Episode reminded me of Beauty and The Beast novel 😳...
Prithvi was the perfect beast , all drunk and wild , heartlessly kicking out Meera from his house because from inside his heart was bleeding with the pain of nonstop being reminded that he is a orphan who has no right to live a respectful life and even Meera refused to hear out his emotions which I guess he wanted to share with her for the first time initially when he asked her to sit besides him but she refused because he was all drunk 🤔... He was not in his senses at all to realise that he just kicked her out of the house at night when the temperature outside is extremely cold ... Lakha's words brought out the ultimate beast in Prithvi last night and he lost his senses completely when the last nail in coffin was Meera too refusing to hear him out ...
Meera was the innocent beauty who has lost every happiness in her life so far but she has now compromised with her life and is going with the flow without any emotions and so she was not really interested to hear out a drunk man's story and to b fair she was not even aware of what happened with Lakha in the market which has made Prithvi so upset 😊... She herself is going through lots of emotional turmoil in her own life where on one hand she wants her parents to remain united forever even if its at the cost of her own happiness and on other hand being a educated city girl , she is trying her best to adjust herself with a rugged rural wild man like Prithvi ..not easy for a girl at all ... ...
Next morning once the beast that is Prithvi comes to his full senses , he realises the last night disaster he comitted and goes running out of his house to look out for the innocent beauty who was left out in the cold shivering all night for no fault of hers 😭😭... The beast's heart finally starts melting for the beauty when he sees that her body has caught up with really high temperature and its all because of his fault ... This is where we see the other side of Prithvi ... He looked like a complete beast last night but next morning we see the human side of this same beast who goes his way out to get a doctor for Meera at any cost 😳...Beauty is finally taming the beast and making him realise that he is a human with feelings too 😊... Meera herself is not making any efforts to tame the beast here , but Prithvi himself is realising that how his rude behaviour resulted in Meera getting such high fever , yet she does not complain to Dada thakur about him which she can but she knows that she has herslef choosen this life and so she got to deal with it on her own ...
What stood out for me is that here the situations r actually making people realise their mistakes and then rectifying it ... Prithvi realised he made a mistake and we later see his efforts to rectify the mistake by taking care of Meera first and then getting the doctor 😳...After all we all learn from our mistakes only and I see the beast in Prithvi is slowly dieing down in company of this beauty 😳...Ok the funny part was that its a animal's doctor Prithvi brought in hurry🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but Meera at least saw the efforts he made to rectify his mistake which matters the most here 😃...
But is the beauty convinced with Prithvi's efforts after what all he did to her last night ?? 🤔..I guess not yet 😛... The moment Meera gets her senses back , she again sees Prithvi going back to his beastly side by giving that dog's injection to the doctor just because the doctor praised his love for his wife unknowingly 🤣🤣🤣... So inspite of all the efforts of Prithvi to turn into a soft human with feelings , he fails once again in Meera's eyes with Meera declaring that he is just an animal who can never change ... In short the journey of Prithvi's transformation from a beast to a human has just started and the Beauty that is Meera wont b convinced so soon with his efforts unless she sees a consistent change in him 😳...
Prithvi as per precap decides to punish him by lying down on a ice log just because Meera suffered from high fever due to him 😲... Is this how the beast in Prithvi decides to become a human by hurting himself physically ?? 🤔... This is where I feel Meera will not only stop him from this madness but will show him the right route to his transformation too ... We hv seen in novels beauty taming the beast because the beauty knew that the beast always had a heart , he just needed to open up his heart and express his feelings more freely 😳.. Similarly here too I feel Meera might sit and listen to Prithvi's emotions once , which he wanted to tell her last night and this will make Prithvi open up to Meera for the first time which will make him feel better and Meera too will get to know the other human and emotional side of this beast which he has supressed in him for so long 😊...
