The Victim, The Saviour and The Spectator! – makes for drama in Qubool Hai!

The saviour of innocent, a victim usually does not go unpunished. Zoya Farooqui (Surbhi Jyoti) had faced death, she had been buried alive or at least in a comatose state when she saved Mariam. It took her Knight, Asad Ahmed Khan (Karan Singh Grover) to save her. That has perhaps changed the equation between the two. There seems to be a happy ending to this particular danger. However, Asad Ahmed Khan will perhaps be the saviour for his other family. His brother, Aayan Ahmed Khan (Rishabh Sinha). Add to the mix will be Nikhat Ahmed Khan (Archana Taide) whose imminent wedding may or may not happen. And then there is Humeira (Ketki Kadam), who is a silent spectator as the prospect of her engagement to Aayan is in limbo. Again fear, trepidation and above all matter of honor assails the Khans and the Siddiquis.

Mariam will seek refuge with Zoya and Asad is what we see coming in the Precap of 28th January's episode. Will Asad help Mariam? Would Zoya and Asad have to fight Mariam's father, who is searching to drag his daughter back and get her married to her rapist? The tension filled moments are surely something that the audience will witness. Will Zoya and Asad be punished for their "crime"?

On the other hand we have seen members of the Khan and Siddiqui family who have always bowed down to higher authority, case in point Rashid Ahmed Khan (Wiquar Shaikh) in front of Mammu Jaan (Tej Sapru) is always quiet. Humeira has sealed her lips due to a threat from her mother Raziya (Alka Kaushal) who will kill herself if Humeira says the truth to the family. Nikhat has kept quiet in front of the jibes from Haseena Bi. But yesterday we saw some changes. Nikhat picked up the gauntlet of saying the truth. Rashid supported and spoke up and Badi Bi (Vidya Sinha) sealed the deal with her story.

Will truth prevail? Will Nikhat's engagement break or will her fiance support her and marry her? Will Humeira and Aayan get engaged? Will truth side the victim or will it take a saviour, perhaps Asad Ahmed Khan to come charging to rescue his half brother and sister?

I'm in love with this particular PH. Amazing show considering the constraints on Indian tellyland, balancing creativity with TRP required stuff and regularly updating the viewers with articles, photos, interviews. I'm a satisfied customer :)
