Scene continues from the ME, where Swamini collapses with what appears to be a heart attack. Viren enters, and Jeevika, Maanvi and Viren panic. Maanvi calls out to the rest of the family who come in and are shocked. Jeevika then calls for the doctor, who inspects Swamini. All the Vadheras are numb with shock and worry.
Doctor declares it to be a mild stroke and says there's nothing to worry. Viren asks for the reason, to which the doctor replies that it could be some sort of tension or shock. Vijay is shocked as she seemed quite happy, while Virat counters that she'd been feeling off all day. The doctor leaves, but asks the nurse to stay behind and take care of Swamini. Viren then wonders about the reason behind Swamini's stroke, and decides to ask Jeevika about it.
Family is shocked and is wondering the reason behind the stroke. Virat is consoling them. Jeevika wants to visit Swamini, but Virat asks her to stop, as Viren doesn't want a crowd around Swamini. Virat goes to Viren and asks him to leave as he must be tired. He asks Virat to take care of the family as he takes care of Swamini.
Jeevika is praying and crying in the mandir. Maanvi goes up to her and Jeevika breaks down. She mourns the fact that she is the root cause of Swamini's stroke, to which Maanvi consoles her, and tells her that it was cause of the situation. Jeevika is adamant, and blaming herself. She prays to God for forgiveness, and Maanvi consoles her again. Beeji calls up Maanvi on her cellphone, and Jeevika refuses to talk, as she is not in the position to do so.
Maanvi picks up the call, and says she got delayed in answering the call cause she was in the balcony. She asks Maanvi about the Vadheras, to which Maanvi tells Beeji what all transpired. Beeji is shocked and tells Maanvi that she'll pray for Swamini. She asks about Jeevika, to which Maanvi replies that Jeevika is in a state of shock and guilt. She then tells Beeji that no one else knows about what happened.
As Viren is in Swamini's room, he sees the broken picture frame of Karan and the cogs in his brain begin to work, as he wonders why has Karan's picture frame broken.
Jeevika is in the kitchen and is still pretty upset and is crying. Maanvi goes up and tries to reassure her. All the Vadheras are pretty much upset and worrying about Swamini. Viren falls asleep during his vigil, and Jeevika enters the room, calling out to him. Jeevika is about to tell Viren what transpired, when Swamini slowly wakes and her eyes fall on Karan's photo. She remembers Jeevika's words about Karan, and she weeps and convulses in her sleep, crying that its all false. Viren goes up and comforts her, as the family enters her room. She is slowly slipping back into slumber as the rest of the family tries to ask her what's wrong, but all she says is jhooth. Viren is wondering as to what could have possibly happened, and asks Jeevika what transpired. Maanvi shakes her head, asking Jeevika not to tell. As Jeevika is about to tell the truth, the nurse asks them all to leave to avoid disturbance. Everyone leaves, except Viren.
Jeevika is standing in a corner and mourning. Maanvi goes up to her and consoles her, asking her to be strong. Jeevika is still guilty about what had transpired, and how she broke her promise to Viren. She then goes on and on about how she's the sole cause of all this, and she decides to tell the truth. Maanvi tells her not to open her mouth, as this is not the time to let out the truth, and that Swamini will heal soon.
Swamini awakes, and begins to weep. Viren is shocked and gently coaxes her, asking her why is she crying. She asks him as to why did the family hide the truth about Karan's death. She tells him that Jeevika told her the truth about Karan, and Viren is clearly furious.
Precap: Viren is ignoring Jeevika and her attempts to talk to him, and picks up a spare blanket and pillow to sleep elsewhere.
