@Vrish-yes,the offenders are confident no action will be taken against them hence this beastly activity continues!

there are many cases that do not even come out in the public

i know someone who was assaulted as a child,but she never came out with it

the trauma remains for Life!

According to Islam, eye for eye and tooth for tooth... so I believe the criminals should suffer the same as the victim but make it public as a lesson for everyone... and absolutely leave them till death...

in saudi the punishments would be infront of everyone's eyes and would cut off their hands feet eyes and what not

Sad and scary state of affairs in the country...

Government and administration and officials need to work for their jobs!

Citizens and protestors should keep up the pressure until there is needed action and visible change!

Attackers need to be dealt with harshly and swiftly to stop the crimes

Boys and men should be educated to respect women or face dire consequences

Waiting for a better India...

In some middle east countries people could end dictatorship government... so I believe people in India as well can change laws if they ever wanted to.. only the will is needed here
