Salman Khan & Sonakshi Sinha starrere Dabangg 2 continued to be steady in its 3rd weekend at the domestic box office. The movie which made 1.75 Crores on its 3rd Friday went on to make 2.40 Crores on Saturday and 3.30 Crore on Sunday. Dabangg 2 thus scored a decent total of 7.45 Crores in its 3rd weekend. The movie now stands at a domestic total of 152.65 Crores. Sunday numbers would have been better had it not been for the India-Pakistan Match which kept many glued to the television screens at home.

Dabangg 2 should ideally have a 3rd week total of 12.5-13 Crores nett, post which it might get some competition from Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola and Vishwaroop.
The collection so far:
1st Week: 107.60 Crores
2nd Week: 37.60 Crores
3rd Weekend: 7.45 Crores
Grand Total: 152.65 Crores

I want it to cross 165 cr from it's total lifetime collection, expecting another 5 cr from this 3rd week which will make it 157 cr. Another 3 cr from 4th Weekend coz 2 big movies releasing, will add it to 160 cr & till rest of the time 4-5 cr = 165 cr.It has crossed 150 cr is also a big achievement, that too without HOLIDAY Start, a Non-Holiday start movie performing so well in less time. The friday which gone by was having 5 movies released, which never happened before for any big film, this much no. of films, now coming friday 2 more will be added.Easily almost 10-12 cr lost coz of Extreme Cold wave, which was not during earlier xmas releases, winter was delayed in north due to which the 0 degree days started in D2 time only. Indo-Pak matches also contributed to it. Still the film will cross 160 crore, which it self is 1st for any Hindi Film which is coming from Non-Holiday.Non-Holiday = Biggest filmIn General = 3rd biggest film after 3 Idiots & ETT.

Salman is no hurry for his movies in 2013, he knows whenever he will come he will rock, till now Sohail's untitled film & sajid nadiadwala's kick is for this year. Let's see in coming weeks, What's the final name n release date for Sohail's film.
