Ram and Priya walk.. Ram is lost in the sound of her paayal.. Chan chan chan.. She walks along.. They walk along the beautiful pathway towards his car..
Being a thorough gentleman.. He opens the door for her.. She sits inside.. He goes and sits beside her..
Ram: Kaka aapko iss address pe jaana hai and hands him the sheet..
Priya: Hume teen ghar jaana hai.. Toh jaldi chaliye kaka... Wapis jaldi aayenge toh madat hojaagi ghar pe..
Kaka: Ji.. And starts the car..Ek baath kahu aapse..
Priya: Ji boliye na..
Kaka: Aapne mujhe kaka kaha beti mujhe bohot accha laga..
Priya smiles at him..
Ram looks at her and and places his left hand on hi mobile which was between them.. His hands touch hers.. She immeadiately tries yo withdraw her hand but a theard of his hand cuff gets tangled with her bangles intrcate design.. She smiles.. And starts untangling.. Ram is lost as she plays with the thread trying hard not to damage his blazer..
She finally untangles it and looks out of the window..
Ram is lost in her beauty.. He watches the wind play with her hair.. He notices that how soft her skin is.. Her cheeks glow as the sun hits them.. Her eyes turn brown when she looks at the sun.. His thoughts are broken as they reach Ram's daadi's house..
Ram: Suniye.. Meri daadi todi straight forward aur sherni types hai.. Agar woh aapse kuch kahe toh bura mat maniyega..
Priya smiles to how he reffered to her as sherni..
Priya: Chale..?
They go into the mansion..
As they are about to enter..
Daadi: Oye kotiya rukh..
They both stand.. Priya looks at Ram giving a confused expression where as Ram just stands there blank..
Daadi: Are golu tum aur bahu peheli baar ghar aaraheho toh.. Aarthi toh karne do pehele..
Ram is shocked.. Daadi woh..
Priya: Mr. Kapoor.. Is she mistaking me for someone else?
Ram: A little confused.. Nahi.. Aise kaise hoosaktha hai..
Daadi brings the thaali.. And Priya without a second thought puts the pallu on her head..
Daadi: Hai kitni soni kudi hai.. Tenu kisi ki nazar na lage.. And put a tika on her bindi.. Priya takes her blessings.. Ram also takes her blessings..
Ram thinking.. Mujhe ajeeb kyu nahi lagraha hai? And walks in..
Daadi: Ram puttar tu bahu ke saath beit idar.. And makes him sit close to Priya.. Mein abhi aathi hu..
She walks to her room..
Ram looks at Priya who still has her pallu on her head..
Ram: Ab kya kare..
Priya: Rehene dijiye.. Dheere dheere pata chalhi jaayega unhe.. And smiles..
Daadi comes and Ram tells her about Nutz and Karthik while Priya's phone rings..
Priya: Boliye papa..
Sudhir: Beta aap dono Ram ke daadi se milo kaafi hai.. Karthik aur Natasha ka shopping hogaya.. Wohi jaakar baaki sabko bulaadenge..
Priya: Tik hai.. Hum Daadi ke saath aajaayenge..

In SM:

Sudhir smiles.. Thinking.. Ram ke daadi ko Priya ne Daadi bulaaya..

Krishuji: Comes behind him.. Sudhirji kya mein aapse ek baat puchsakthi hu?
Sudhir: Ji puchiye..
Krishuji: Kya aap Priya ko humaare ghar bhejenge kuch dino keliye..
Sudhir: Ji zaroor.. Lekin kisliye?
Krishuji: Woh shaadi se pehele saari rasme ladki waalon ke ghar mein hogi toh.. Priya itna acchi tarike se sab handle karthi hai..
Sudhir: Ab toh humsab ek hi parivaar hai.. Ek baar Priya se puchlijiye..
Krishuji: Ji thankyou..

There Ram and Priya leave with daadi..
In the car:
Daadi: Golu tu toh bada hoshiyaar hai.. Itni soni aur sanskaari kudi chuna hai..
Priya looks at Ram and giggles.. Ram is a little embarrased but finds the situation funny.. Ram keeps stealing glances at Priya while she keenly listens to Daadi about all the Rasams before and after marriage..
Ram wonders how nicely they were bonding.. He was a little uncomfortable as every time Daadi called Priya bahu she would look at Ram an smile as if to taunt him..
Daadi notices this.. Oye golu.. Kya hua..?
Ram: Daadi Priyaji aapki bahu nahi hai..
Priya looks at him an blinks conveying a thankyou..
Daadi: Giggling.. Mein jaanthi hu.. Mein toh Priya ki swabhav dekhna chahthi thi.. Looking at Priya.. Sach bolu toh bohot man baagayi tu..
Priya: Smiles at daadi..
Daadi: Golu Rishab kab aaraha hai..?
Ram: woh aaj sham pohunchjaayega daadi.. And in a few minutes they arrive at SM..
They get down.. Daadi is lost.. A smile creeps up on her face.. Its evening and the entire garden has beautiful lights defining the pathways..
Priya: Mr. Kapoor Mangni Puja hall mein hain pointing to the left..
Its a big structure.. Diyas have been lighted all around.. They walk through a stone pathway.. Sudhir walks towards them..
Sudhir: Namaste mein Karthik ka pita.. And takes her blessings..
Daadi: kush raho..
Sudhir: Aayiye.. Priya tilak keliye kuch tulsi ke patte chaahiye..
Priya: Ji papa..
Sudhir takes daadi inside.. Priya walks to the left.. Ram stands there watching her.. She walks towards a small mud pot opens the lidputs her hand inside and takes out a bronze kalash out with water.. She washes her hand.. He is lost as she slightly pulls her pleats up and pours some water on her feet.. She keeps the kalsh on the lid and places the lid on the matka.. She walks to the tulsi and starts plucking a few leaves.. The wind blows by Ram closes his eyes and smiles.. He is lost in the moment.. Priya wears her footwear and walks towards Ram.. He opens his eyes and smiles..
This perfect moment is disturbed by a ring on his phone..
Ram: Haan bolo Rishab..
Rishab: Bhai mein parking lot mein hu..
Ram: Ok Im coming.. He looks at Priyas retreating figure before he turns to walk towards the parking lot.. He is lost in her.. Thinking.. Her body seems to be chissled to perfection..
He walks slowly he can hear the leaves rustle.. The water ripples.. Somehow this whole place has a soothing effect on him.. Ram reaches the parking lot.. Rishab joins
Ram as they turn walking back..
Rishab: Bhai kitna khubsurat hai..
Ram: Haan..
Rishab is lost in the serenity.. Rishab looks at Priya keeping Diya's at the entrance of the door.. Her hands and face is lit by the light coming from the diyas..
Rishab: Bhai woh Priyaji hai na?
Ram: Haan..
Rishab: Wah kitni khubsurat hai..
Ram smiles.. Thinking.. Haan bohot khusurat hai..

After a long time am reading such beautiful story, ur story has a strange serenity, when I read this I feel very cool, it is taking its own shape, koi jaldbazi nahi, shor sharaba nahi, but very pure and magistic, sometime I feel it is a poetic dramatization of a story, very well done, continue 👏
