DOWNLOAD ABOVE 3 THINGS
1.go to layer box>group>adjustments>curves>make the pic little bright
2.gradients( blue and dark pink 6th gradients )>linear>soft light 43% opacity
3.curves make it more bright
4.gradient Map>select 28th gradient>soft layer 49% opacity
5.curves make it more bright
6.solid color >sky blue>overlay 25% opacity
7.curves make it more bright
8.to make it attractive - use the downloaded textures >drag first texture>soft layer remove unwanted portion like from face or hair etc
,similarly drag the second texture >soft layer remove unwanted portion
9.curves make it little bit bright and u r done save it in psd form soo u can use it in future...
NOTE -
you don't need to use same gradients as it is only to give you an idea and most imp adjustments may vary acc to your pic original and quality...
