you know, ipk started out with good production values/budget. i think they've been using the $ earned from ipk to budget the new baby and as a result shortchanging ipk.

True. They are probably still paying back the money for the helicopter they rented for the first episode.😆

@ DKS: agreed there's lots of potential. there's been a lot of potential while they've had BS. but what have we been getting? crappy stories, production values, and even acting (courtesy of BS).

it's such a shame since other much lesser serials run for years, and ipk it seems is going to end on a low note after achieving the heights of success, all whithin a < 2 yr run.

BS and Gul have made the show a mess in the recent past..with sobti quitting i think they can set there priorities right..

It is sad to see the state of the show..it is ruined by mismanagement and nothing else..

Honestly, if they completely revamped the show, and had Viraf as new character, show would be more worth watching. Frankly, the ArHi story is just beyond pathetic now. Arnav and Khushi have gone cold. A Wuthering Heights type track would have been best. Khushi could have been shown to have lost faith in love after experience with Arnav. So her personality is like ASR's at start of show. And Viraf enters as a bubbly guy who wins over Khushi. This is nayi soch.

They should go for a new season or some kind of a leap to bring new leads...

@ sonia, don't remind me of the helicopter scene. most epic entry ever! what the hell happened to that sleek and stylish ASR? now he looks like a hobo

I have never cared about the leads of the show from the start when I started watching it...
The story seemed promising and the good characterization and the awesome chemistry just ensured I didnt leave!!
So when I criticised the show and tracks... it was objectively and not cause I was phaned by either Barun or Sanaya!
And today if I want to quit it is not because Bhaiya is leaving but because the show is not what I was promied!! This has become like a C grade level movie and the love story that have been butchered for long is gonna be dead soon!!

And that for me is the makers fault and whether Bhaiya makes it or breaks it... whether the show ends or runs... it will never bear resemblance of what it promised to be!!!

The story fizzled out even before it ran its course and now I dont see any hope for it to get back on track, especially cause there are soo many open loop holes and past issues that cant be ignored!!
