EK has made more than 100 soaps (not just hindi soaps ) .No one can reach that #  till next decade.

She rules TV even today, she also has 50% of fans who criticize her but she care a damn. she already started to produce  BW movies.

She has a vision and works towards it and she is strict when it comes to work.(not just with actors ) She has enough loyal actors , directors, script writers and camera man etc doing their job since the time they joined Balaji telefilms. She only expects loyality towards work , if they are loyal she herself  promotes their  banner people to explore. (Ram Kapoor, Ronith Roy, Pachi Desai, Anitha etc )

Anurag Basu (director ), Vidya balan in past  to recent being prachi,shabbir, chetan , sushant have all worked in  her production house .

I have stopped watching EK shows since 3 + yrs but I know abt her work. One thing i admire abt her is she never delays payment of any body  (even if they have come that day to simply stand as a furniture on screen ) she always does it on time.

So they are still so exhausting after shooting that Dori scene 1.5 years ago that they lost interest in the show.
And here we have opened 24 Doris and that to within two months.
