Hello I am here,,,,,,,,,,,There will be atleast 2 criminal procedings against J...no:1- Committing Forgery,,,,,,,,No: 2- Committing Conspiracy agaist a public officer.So more or less he will have 5 yrs f conviction atleast but he confess his crime by his own choice so I think Judge will consider that,,,,,,,,,,but that will be Judge's discretion
