What is up with Shivam?

Shaivam has fallen for her completely... remember he said (literally & figuratively) " I will wait for you" the day PK went to witness the pre-nup.

He knows she isn't into him ... & she might like Adi but Adi was getting married... there was enough reason for Shivam to believe that PK will get over Adi & grow to love him.

As for PK's mom: which mom would want their daughter to marry a drunkard? They are also aware he was getting married to Latika (they were invited to the wedding)... They also know that Avantika hates them bcos of previous misunderstandings... as a mom they wouldn't want their daughter to be married to a family where she would be mistreated by a drunk husband & a lousy mother in law.

I can understand things from Pankuri's mothers perspective. They don't know Adi well enough to realize he's not a drunk and the only reason he was drinking was well.. because of her daughter, because Pankuri was not answering his calls. They should still give Pankuri an oppurtunity to express her feelings fully, take some time to think. And I don't mean express her feelings in front of Shivam and her would be in laws. No. Thats pressurizing her. Do not give her your emotional blackmailing, and make her feel guilty for saying no if she wants to. But I am sure that's exactly what's going to happen. She's going to sacrafice her feelings and emotionals for the sake of Neha's sasural people.

Answer to your question.. He's a pathetic dumbo who is fidaa over a toy that's not his. Okay, sorry to use the word toy, she's not a toy, but its the way he's acting. He's on this stubborn tanturum to get Pankuri even though she said she's not ready for a relationship. Everytime he's near her, does he not see that she gets uncomfortable and all she does is focus on Adi?

Everytime he sees her, she;s with Adi, or doing something for Adi.. So why doesn't he get it?!?! His parent's and Neha's in laws are persistent with this alliance but they didn't see Pankuri or know what her feelings are. Shivam does. So why doesn't he speak up?! Because he wants to impose on someone else's amanath. She is only and only Adi's! I really hope he sees her mehndi where it says Adi..

@Sabrina: Hey nice to see you! Anyways, I do agree with you on some points however with Pankhuri's Mother I know she's going to judge him and all but my point wasn't for simply Adi. It was for Pankhuri, regardless if it's Shivam, Adi or whoever else what I am trying to say is that she needs to realize that she can't just force her into a relationship (which is what it looks like as of now). She has to know her opinion too and not force her to commit into a marriage under the influence of Adi's behaviour, from Pankhuri's Mother's end, Adi was always a closed chapter. But yes I agree that whatever Shivam seems to be doing is under the influence of love so I agree that it is logical that Shivam is to do this but yes I could say that he seems to be giving his logic a rest.

@Sharna: Exactly but with Pankhuri's Nana, I think he's also beginning to judge Adi just on that one meeting which is totally unacceptable. But then again, I mean it's normal for anyone to respond like that. Oh and def agree on that front but I mean it was the gesture for me that mattered, the fact that the CV's didn't forget how close Nana&Pankhuri are that he would still ask her but like you said no sh*t she's going to say "Yes".
Also yeah Shivam is simply blinded in love but he needs to bring logic into it, he needs to understand that no means no lol

Def agree! I know at this point Shivam doesn't realize what he's doing but he needs to see Pankhuri's side of the story as well. & I think common sense is something we can't expect from Shivam because otherwise he would have connected the dots and seen that Pankhuri is clearly against marrying him at the moment.
