What's the point of Cardiac Arrest..?

Now when the hero has a cardiac arrest - the whole idea is that the heroin should be there.

I'd love to see MB's reaction at that time - the whole idea of these dramatic tracks are to bing leads closer - for that she has to be there..

Nahin yaar - there was a similar scene in Pratigya.. and she was begining to have feelings for her hubby like MB is and he nearly dies on her - and the whole scene was a panick and the heroine's reaction was superb. This is what I really wanna se here...She'll come back - but wanna see her reaction as she's feels she's lost him. .
