OS : Mere Jeevan Saathi

I was in my khayaali pulaav as usual and thought of this…………..

 

I have always had this in my mind that Anandi will take just one month to realize her feelings towards Shiv and the rest three months will be pre wedding romance…………….No! Romance is a shallow word……………….I would say 'unconditional love'………………

 

MERE JEEVANSAATHI---------

 

 

It's a big day for Anandi. She never thought this can ever happen in her life. Five months…………..yes five months really changed her life. Five months before, she was a sarpanch of Jaitsar and received an award from the chief minister and today again she has to meet the chief minister because she has topped the state public service exam of Rajasthan. She will become an RAS officer soon. And there's just one person to who she can really dedicate her success, her would be husband, Shiv. She is getting ready for a felicitation ceremony, organized by the Rajasthan Govt.

Shiv calls her. She smiles seeing his name flashing on the screen and picks up the call.

A: Sooraj uggne mein der kar sakta hai, par aap nahin………….<she giggles>

S: Absolutely! Btw taiyaar ho gayi tum?

A: Jee ho gayi…………….aapki daant thode hi khaani thhi…………..kab aa rahe hain aap?

S: Neechey khadaa hoon…………..jaldi aao…………

A: Pehle kyun nahin bataaya? Do minute mein aayi………….

Anandi rushes downstairs and sees Shiv standing with a bouquet of red roses. She has got used to these sort of gifts from him. She takes the bouquet from him.

A: Aaj ek phool kam hai na?

S: Haan…………..yeh raha.

He gives her a rose. She blushes. Both laugh. A hugs him with her one arm around his waist and other around his shoulder with her head resting at his chest. S hugs her back and caresses her hair. On S's insistence, she had started not putting the pallu on her head. Even DS was okay with it. A sudden tear escapes her eye. S hears the sigh she gives out.

S: Maine kya kaha thha tumse……………ki tum royogi nahin. Ab phirse aankhon mein aansu? Crybaby ho tum!!!

A: Khushi ke aansu hain Shiv. Rone dijiye mujhe.

And she keeps hugging and keeps crying.

Since long, S has become used to such hugging and crying sessions from Anandi. S still remembers the way A confessed her love. It was rather OTT and extremely emotional on her part but rather passionate for him. Her lines "bahot koshish ki maine ki main aapse pyaar na karoon, aapko na chahoon, par aap itne achchhe hain Shiv, ki mujhe aapse pyaar ho gaya hai. Yeh bhi nahin pata kabse. Shaayad hameshaa se. Par kabhie sweekaar nahin karna chahti thhi. Aisa nahin hona chahiye thha. Main……….." still ring in his ears.

To those words, he had wiped her tears and taken her in his embrace and said, "Main bhi tumse bahot pyaar karta hoon Anandi par kabhie kaha nahin. Pata nahin thha tum kaise react karogi……….."

After some days, they were giggling and fighting.

A: Phir bhi mujhe aapse ek shikaayat hai……………

S: Achchha? Kya?

A: Aap mujhe pehle nahin mil sakte thhe?

S: Rehne dijiye Sarpanch bitiya. Kitna saha hai maine, jaanti hain aap???

A: Aapne saha hai? Kya saha hai? Bas ek do baar chillaayi na main aap par? Mera socha aapne? 18 saal ke baad miley aap mujhe……………….yeh kam hai kya???

S: Yeh baat toh sahi hai………………Ab isey bhagwaan ka tohfa hi samajh lo………………..Btw agley maheeney tumhara birthday hai……………..kya tohfa chahiye tumhe?

A: Kuchh nahin. Mujhe aap mil gaye. Mujhe aur kuchh nahin chahiye. Aur waise bhi ab meri koi umr thode hi na hai tohfe lene ki.

S: Umr? 26 saal mein khud ko dadisa se badi maanne lagi ho kya?

A: Aap bataaiye? Jab aap 26 ke huye thhe toh aapne papa aur ma se kya tohfa liya thha?

S: Maine? Actually maine tohfa liya nahin thha. Tohfa diya thha. Main IAS officer ban gaya thha.

A: Hmmm…………..ab yeh tohfa toh main aapko nahin de sakti na…………par……..

S interrupts her and asks, "Tum 26 ki hone waali ho na?"

A: Jee. Kyun?

S: Nothing. Haan toh kya kah rahi thhi tum?

S then puts her arm around her and they chat for another hour.

The next morning, S arrives at the haveli with an envelope in his hand. He meets Bhairon. B asks him, "Yeh kya hai Shiv?"

S: Jee yeh Anandi ke liye ek tohfa hai.

B: Arrey wah. Main abhi usey bulaata hoon.

B calls out Anandi and she comes.

A: Aap? Sab theek hai na?

S: Sab theek hai. Main tumhare liye kuchh laaya hoon.

He then handed over the envelope to her. She opened it and found the entrance exam form for RPSC Exam.

A: Yeh? Iski last date toh nikal gayi thhi na? Aur yeh mere liye?

S: Badi mushkil se arrange ho paaya hai. 40 din baad exam hai aur tumhe yeh exam dena hai.

A: 40 din baad? Shiv yeh kaise ho sakta hai? Main kaise karungi'''..?...

S interrupted : I know mushkil hai, 40 din mein padhkar exam dena'''''..par 26 saal ke baad tum yeh exam nahin de sakti...aur yeh exam tumhare birthday ke ek din pehle hai...and I know you Anandi'''''tum yeh kar sakti ho'''''Aur main tumhare saath hoon.

A: Par''''..

B: Shiv bilkul theek kah raha hai beta'''''.tu koshish toh kar hi sakti hai na!

S: Tum mujhe khushi dena chahti thhi na? Please Anandi. Isi mein meri khushi hai. Tum yeh karogi na?

Anandi couldn't say anything but had tears in her eyes. She was once again mesmerized and awed by the man standing infront of her. She agreed. Everybody agreed and started helping her to study for the coveted exam. She stopped attending the panchayat sessions and taking classes at the school and just concentrated on her studies. Everybody was helping her in the best possible way. And in this one month she was falling in love with Shiv all over again'''''.with each passing day'''''with each passing moment.

On the day of the exam, she was as nervous as a child who is going to give the first exam of his life. But Shiv was with her. On the way to the exam centre he held her hand while she kept her head on his shoulder. On the day of the result, when it came out that she had got 5^th rank Shiv was happier than she was. Shiv said, "Mujhe pata thha tum kar sakti ho''''..I am so happy'''''..tumhe pehli baar who mila hai jo tum deserve karti ho''''"

And today is the day of her felicitation'''''..she is very nervous but she knows that Shiv is with her''''''.so she is hugging him''''''..feeling his presence'''''and thanking God for his presence''''''..

Shiv hears some footsteps and says, "Anandi koi aa raha hai?"

It was a surprise for him always as to how Anandi was so demonstrative of her feelings towards him. Once she knew she loves him, there was nothing stopping her. She was passionate, loving, caring and possessive at the same time.

She leaves the hug and blushes. He wipes her tears. Just then DS arrives in the lobby.

DS: Sab tayyaar hain Shib beta. Chalein?

Shiv touches her feet and says, "Jee. Chaliye."

Everybody reaches the banquet hall in Jaipur where the party is organized for felicitating the top 5 in the RPSC exams and moreover for Anandi, being the only girl in the top 5.

The presenter calls out her name. She looks at Shiv who is sitting on the adjacent seat. He smiles, holds her hand and touches her cheek. She smiles back and gathers the courage to face the audience.

She stands up and goes to the stage. And says, "Maanniye mukhya mantri ji ka main tahe dil se abhinandan karti hoon………….

Aur aap sabka shukriya adaa jarti hoon.

Mujhe speech dena nahin aata isiliye wohi kahoongi jo dil mein hai.

Kahte hain, bhagwaan ko kisne dekha hai…………yeh toh apni apni shraddha ki baat hai………..main kahti hoon, maine dekha hai. Hanste huye, gaate huye, khushiyaan manaate huye……………..Dukhi hote huye…………..haq jataate huye…………pyaar karte huye………………halwa khaate huye………………har roop, har rang mein dekha hai………..har dhang mein dekha hai.

Jaante hain main kiski baat kar rahi hoon? Shiv ki…………..bhagwaan shiv Shankar ki nahin………….mere hone waale jeevan saathi ki…………..Shivraj Shekhar ki……………..haalanki wo mere liye kisi bhagwaan se kam nahin hain……………

Wo meri zindagi mein tab aaye jab main toot chuki thhi………….unhonein mujhe joda………..mujhe banaaya………….pyaar ka matlab samjhaaya……………

Mere liye Heth Singh jaise logon se ladey aur apne seeney par goli khaayi………

Shiv kahte hain ki mujhe apna pati mat kaho…………..'I don't own you'………….main tumhara jeevan saathi hoon…………unhonein mujhe niswaarth pyaar kiya…………..meri zindagi mein muskaan waapis le aaye………………mujhe ek aisa parivaar diya jo pyaar ki pehchaan hai…………..

Maa jinki mamta dekhkar aankh bhar aati hai……………papa jinka hansta huya chehra dekhkar sab muskura uthte hain……………..daddu jinhein pyaar karein ya aadar, samajh nahin aata…………

Chhoti maa jo pyaar karna sikhaati hain…………..Mahi, jisne mujhe dosti ki paribhaasha sikhaayi aur Saanchi, jisne meri behen ki kami ko poora kar diya…………..

Aaj main jo bhi hoon, Shiv ki prerna ki wajah se…………unke mujhpar bharose ki wajah se………….

Jaise unhonein apna pyaar nibhaaya hai, mujhe nahin pata ki main kabhie nibha paoongi ya nahin…………..kyunki kisiko bhagwaan maankar unki pooja karna alag baat hai aur unke saath mein, bagal mein jagah paana alag………………par main koshish karoongi………….

Hum aksar pyaar karte hain par jitni baar uss baat ko kahna chahiye kahte nahin hain…………..Main aisi galati nahin karoongi…………..

Main aaj sabke saamne aapse kahna chahti hoon Shiv………….ki main aapse bahot pyaar karti hoon…………aur usse kaiin zyaada izzat karti hoon aapki, poojti hoon aapko…………..meri zindagi mein aane ke liye, ussey mehkaane ke liye shukriya……….

<Anandi folds her hand in the form of a prayer>

Dhanya ho gayi main aap jaisa jeevan saathi paakar…………….dhanya ho gayi…………."

Anandi starts crying. Shiv runs to the stage and hugs her and wipes her tears. The presenter then comes to the mic and say, "Pratha ke hisaab se mukhya mantri jee yeh award dete hain, par hum sab chahte hain ki ab Jaitsar ke collector Shri Shivraj Shekhar apni hone waali jeevan saathi ko yeh award dein…………."

Shiv then presents the award to her. She smiles and takes it and bows down to touch Shiv's feet. He instantly backs off and takes her in his embrace. He kisses her forehead and says, "Mujhe apnaane ke liye shukriya………"

Sorry...had to break it in parts...post nahin ho raha thha...

This is a mesmerizing script.  I reallly wanted to see something like this on the real show.  Where Shiv encouraged Anandi for the betterment of her future in the field which she reallly loves to be and wats best than the RAS officer to help the state,  The confession was tooo gud from Anandi' behalf.  I dont understand Y dadisa had to come in btween to interrupt their hug.
