here is the prescription for you

1. Watch AnSH vms 3 times a day

2. Watch AnSh scenes champy wali scene, After sagai scenes 2 times each

3. Drink a lot of fluids.. while watch some more AnSh scenes

and do this for 7 days and you will feel better : ) : )
