Is Garima the 'other woman'?

I have only seen parts of this show and have just started watching.. and I was wondering if Garima (Khushi's amma) is the other woman bc of whom Arnav's parents committed suicide..? Why is she hiding from daadi?? Or does the audience know why she's hiding?
