If I may offer an opinion, I think the gift is actually some family heirloom that Naanaji has gifted Pankuri. Naturally Avantika may have been promised or may have thought that she would get it as it is her right.

I think this belong to nani and as nana has already thought of pankhuri as adis wife so he gifted it to her has a sovinour for making his bday so special and so delightful...nw ths avantka dint like as she always wanted tht bangels of her mom but nana always saying no n now today he gave this to pankhauri...lolzzz... N whn as usual the trubled queen knew about it is in truble and lends directly intruble room and gets more into truble...hahahahaha

No no avantu will never do that, I think its nanaji who gave the gift but.it might be v.important house traditional jewellery so pankhu thinks its not her right to take the gift so she.wants to return..
